We liked it very much. At the property, the gigantic pool in particular is a highlight as well as the quiet location in the nature with a view. The property and cottage is a bit outdated, but very authentic. You can reach many great beaches, cliff hiking trails, as well as the very beautiful fishing village of Sesimbra in a short time by car. We also took day trips to Lisbon and Sintra. Host Barbara was extremely helpful, friendly and straightforward. Thank you!

We were 2 families holidaying for a few days. This house was perfect for us all. Lots of different social spaces to all relax and be in. The pool was fantastic. This was an absolute dream house I deeply loved! Such a treat to enjoy this incredible home in such a perfect location in Ericeira. Gorgeous sunset views. Walkable to the beach. The coziest and beautifully designed lounge spaces. Great for working and studying or entertaining. Kitchen has everything that you need! Loved the dining room, sun room, and outdoor spaces. I’d move into this home. It has just the best energy and is perfect for families. Elizabeth is the BEST host as well! Annemie is a wonderful and generous host who couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. The house is in an amazing location, up in the hills with beautiful views and bird song. Pool wonderful and kitchen well equipped. We had a great few days. Thank you 🙏🏼

Pedro and his crew have thought of everything. It really is like a private villa in a luxury resort with extremely attentive service and a house set up perfectly for comfort. The pool is heated and lit at night. There is banana tree next to it. You have a juicer and a pile of fresh oranges at checkin. The bigger of the three TVs is 85 inch. There is a ski light in one of the three bathrooms. The only problem is that it might be hard to go back to your own house after this stay.

We had a great stay here, it was perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful and very well taken care of, with spacious bedrooms, a large family room and well-equipped kitchen. The garden and pool were also lovely - private and quiet and a great place to hang out. The beach and train station were both a short walk, and Estoril is well-situated for trips to Lisbon and Cascais or to explore towns along the coast. Catarina was a fantastic host and Dona Gilda helped with anything we needed during the stay.

The view and the place were very nice. Because we arrived on the day of the big blackout in Spain and Portugal, the host put candles everywhere so we had light. We found that very thoughtful! We were very satisfied and would book the place again immediately. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Note that the house really overlooks a road, for lovers of silence, think about your quiescent balls, but otherwise the garden is very well fenced so no risk for children .

Our trip to Portugal from Canada was amazing, had a perfect morning walk up to the local coffee shop. Highly recommended!!

We had a great stay in Silveira. The location is great and we really enjoyed the short distance to the beach. As we stayed in January, we expected that the nights and the house would be a bit cold. This was also the case. The team of Alojeste helped out and even provided an additional heater. Generally the communication with the team was really great. Friendly, fast responses and very helpful. We had a great stay with Gem & Gary. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. It’s also just a few minutes walk from some amazing beaches.

Villa Bali was absolutely beautiful, we had a group of 16 and we all fit super comfortably. The host was good with keeping us up to date with everything and when we had the power cut across Lisbon came with coal & fire lighters and to check we were all ok! We all agreed we’d 100% stay here again. You will need to get Ubers to places in Lisbon which tends to be around a 15-20 min drive. Thank you so much & I’m sure you’ll see many of us again.

Alexandra's accommodation was very clean. The house is large and comfortable to stay in. We really enjoyed staying there. Small inconvenience on arrival when we discovered that we can't put paper in the toilet but we managed to get used to it quickly. Alexandra is very responsive and welcoming. There is a mini coffee-grocery store right next to the house where there is fresh bread every morning, Elsa the owner is very nice. We recommend Alexandra's place because we had a great time there as a group of 7.

We had a wonderful short stay at Vladimir's place. The location is excellent, overlooking the ocean. You can take a nice walk towards a viewing spot or take just 3 minutes by car to get to the beach. It's a great place to stay for a family who wants to enjoy warm and sunny days in Ericeira. And do plan to visit Mafra to tour the National Mafra Palace, a fantastic place to visit. A house is well equipped, well planned, and taken care of. Highly recommend.

Great location to explore the Sintra Natural Park. Beautiful property with everything you need to an extended stay to explore the area. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Host is very responsive to any needs/questions we had. Would stay here again if ever back in the area.

We had an amazing week at Lina's place! From the start, Lina was a fantastic host - super responsive and friendly. She sent us a detailed guide with tips on where to eat and explore, and every spot we tried was great! The house is cosy and private (with its own little courtyard!), with a comfy bed, a well equipped kitchen, and a spotless bathroom - perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal - just a 2 minute walk to the beach and right near the heart of town. We ended up spending more time there than planned because there’s so much to do - surf schools, bike rentals, yoga classes, and fantastic bars and restaurants. The whole vibe around the house is so chilled and relaxing. Lina went above and beyond to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful week and can't wait to come back!
