Emplacement top, vue exceptionnelle à Villefranche

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Résidence de style "Belle époque", très élégante avec une grande piscine extérieure, dans un environnement résidentiel chic et très calme. Appartement spacieux avec 1 chambre et son accès terrasse et 1 petite chambre, un grand séjour donnant sur la grande terrasse extérieure de 50 m2 et vue à couper le souffle sur la baie des anges, la ville, la mer et les montagnes. 1 salle de bain + toilettes accessible depuis la chambre principale (en suite) et 1 wc indépendant accessible depuis le couloir.

Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.
