L'hiver, vous êtes à 1 km des pistes accessibles par une navette skibus gratuite juste sous le chalet. Un parking extérieur spacieux permet d'accueillir trois voitures avec pneus neige obligatoires.

It is located at the Col de Merdassier at 1600 m, accessible by a single road and with all the necessary shops (restaurants, Sherpa grocery store, bakery, equipment rentals, laundromat) 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Close to La Clusaz, 10 minutes and 30 minutes from Lake Annecy (Menthon Saint Bernard). Ski-in/out!
