Your igloos, snowmen, tobogganing trails and other development projects will adorn a winter decor that is already magical. The other seasons, rich in colors of flowers; lulled by birdsong, the murmur of a stream is waiting for your admiration. Our chalet is a solid and spacious nest witnessing sometimes forgotten know-how. Numerous sheltered terraces and balcony (100m²) allow outdoor life even in bad weather. A 200-year-old planning frame is a testament to the strength of the construction. Sometimes low openings invite you to exercise on a daily basis that benefit a good physical condition and prove the energy control already present at that time. Apartment at 1500 m, magnificent view of the mountains. Ski at the bottom of the building directly at the Manigod resort (La Clusaz ski area). Merdassier snow front is lively during the winter with night skiing on weekends and holidays. In summer you can enjoy walks, an outdoor swimming pool (July/August, €4 and €2 per day) playgrounds (tennis/ping pong/swings). Shops and rentals (ski/mountain bike) in season downstairs from the building.

From the large terrace, breathtaking views of the Aravis range and unparalleled light throughout the year. In winter, you are 1 km from the slopes accessible by a free ski shuttle just below the chalet. Spacious outdoor parking accommodates three cars with mandatory snow tires.

Completely renovated and south-facing, the Le Tavaillon chalet is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, at an altitude of 1,400 m, in a hamlet overlooking the Manigod valley. Just 1 km from the Croix Fry pass, it offers direct access to the Manigod–La Clusaz ski slopes and hiking trails. Two parking spaces are available by the road; access to the chalet is via a staircase of about thirty steps.
