My place is located on west side of Youngstown in the middle of everything!It’s minutes away from restaurants, shopping and all kinds of businesses,2 miles from I-80,5 miles from downtown Youngstown, 3 miles from Casino,less than a mile from grocery store.There’s also local food mart with gas station and laundromat right next door.The apartment is on the second floor and has it’s separate entrance.For our guests we offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap which are animal cruelty free

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.

We had a comfortable stay at David's house, while attending a weekend event in the area. David's place was clean, and provided a good nights rest for our long days out. The neighborhood was a quite one. It wasn't far to travel to many restaurants, shops, and area sights. P.S Check out the Baklava Factory, about 2 blks away, for some delicious treats!

We loved our stay at this house! It was well stocked with games and kitchen supplies. We cooked almost every meal here and had everything we could possibly need plus more cooking essentials! The reviews are right about the noise from traffic but it isn’t unbearable. We recommend the Grizzly Bean Coffee House about ten minutes away!
