Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Coimbra

We had a very quiet stay. The space perfectly matches the photos: it is clean, calm, slightly isolated and at the foot of the Serra, exactly as we were looking for. The amenities and services provided were in excellent condition, with the exception of the barbecue, whose grill was dirty and rusty. However, this did not compromise our great experience!

If you’re looking for a place to disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the countryside, this is it. The location of Casa do Tio is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, but the real treat is simply staying in and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet and stylish getaway that got beautifully restored. Also the towels smell amazing, but the mattress was a bit too hard for our taste.

This was a really cute and nice place. It was as showed in the pictures, even a pooltable! The house is clean with a cozy fire place we used a lot because it was winter. The garden very beautiful and big. Though the outside area and pool is shared with another place on the same property, which was no problem for us but might should be taken into account. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for some peaceful time in nature.

We absolutely loved Oliver and Arran’s Airbnb! The terrace and the view are stunning, and the house itself is beautiful. Stargazing from the hot tub was an absolute dream. Oliver and Arran are wonderful hosts — warm, welcoming, and helpful. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Sincerely grateful, everything was impeccable like last year, everything was tidy, it has fruit trees, and honestly, every day we prepared juices, it has all the kitchenware you might need in a kitchen. This year I have come back and we are grateful. Another thing that should be noted, one day we accidentally left the keys in the door and Jolín, the town is so quiet and cozy. Joao David's place was perfect for a night in Figueira da Foz area. I came through hoping to surf the famous right point (which you can see right from the apartment deck) on my way back north to Porto (after a couple months in the Algarve), but alas the conditions were quite rough and didn't line up for good surf. Nevertheless, I had a cozy stay in the stormy weather at Joao David's. The kitchen is super well equipped and though I only stayed one night, I prepared a couple great meals to take with me on the road. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to be comfortable. Loved that you could see the ocean and check the surf conditions from the apartment. Please note the apartment is on the 4th floor (so 5 floors up) and you need to carry your bags up there (no elevator). Would definitely stay again!

Pilar was very kind to our requests, she was ready to answer all questions and offer her help for anything. Her husband gave us a magnificent reception, he gave us a lot of information and recommendations. The apartment was just as it appeared in the photos, the terrace is much larger than we expected. The bed is very comfortable, and the house is very comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics. It is in a very central area, you can walk to many restaurants and leisure areas and to the coastal promenades in a few minutes.

Ana's home is just amazing. It is very spacious, bright and furnished with care. The center of Coimbra can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes, and we never had any problems parking our car in the area. Ana welcomed us in person and made herself available when needed. But the house is equipped with everything and everything works perfectly. Coimbra deserves to be seen and Ana's house is the ideal apartment, super recommended.

The stay was neat, clean and less than a minute walk away from the beach. It was nice and quiet but that's also because it's not a main season now. A very good location.

Really enjoyed our stay. It is right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars and you can walk to all the sights, including the cathedral and university. The apartment is clean and feels new, the bed is comfortable. It has an amazing view over the city, with lots of windows. With the windows closed it is very quiet too. Pedro was a great host and recommended where to visit in the city.

Ja had gone last year and this year we came back again and for next year too.😌🙏 Constructive criticism, bathroom area more precisely the shower has a lack of pressure, I think there is a lack of sun hats in the pool area as well as in the apartments, the sun in the apartment area is always pounding throughout the afternoon and sometimes it becomes uncomfortable in my opinion, another thing to point out is the lack of nespresso or delta capsule coffee machine. The beautiful, well located apartment, near the beaches and the city. As you said, it's always a pleasure to return!

Once there you never want to leave. Wonderfully decorated, big bright apartment, you are on the 4th floor so you have unrestricted views of the promenade, the port and waves of the Atlantic! The sun pours into every room, and the 2 added terraces are perfect for a early morning cup of coffee or a late evening glass of Port🍷Hope to return for a longer stay !

Thanks to Daniel and Elisabeth for their warm hosting. We felt very good in this apartment, ideally located in a lovely neighborhood. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfy. We look forward to staying again!

Pete and Linda are the best hosts we've ever had on Airbnb. They both went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable, from local restaurant recommendations to pool toys and everything in-between. Our daughter had an amazing holiday! The house itself is charming, with tonnes of space and everything you could need. The pool is fantastic and well kept. The local area is remote and beautiful with gorgeous countryside everywhere and some charming river beaches. I managed a run down from the house to the beach and back a couple of times but it's pretty hilly. In short, we couldn't recommend this place more. Thanks

Paula really goes above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible. What a sweet, nice woman and what a nice house it is. We were there in a rather wet period and in the house it was cold. But there was enough wood for the stove and she came to bring us electric heaters for the bedrooms. We also didn't arrive until 12:30 at night and we had communicated that so there were fresh eggs and sandwiches in the house in the morning because the village was rather remote (which is wonderful for peace and quiet). But we also learned that a bakery came by at night and that you could put a bag with a note in it and you had fresh bread in the morning! I can tell so much, but you have to experience it yourself. Anyway: Paula is a winner!

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.
