Vacation rentals with a patio in Cognin

Everything was perfect. Gerd was kind and very friendly with my parents for whom I rented his apartment. The apartment is ideally located away from the crowds of Annecy and close to a very nice small beach.

We recommend this listing, everything was perfect, visit of small non-ferocious birds in front of the bay window. Very quiet after a busy day.

We had a great time at Clara's place. We were very well hosted. The accommodation was very nice in a breathtaking setting. A cozy little nest perched and surrounded by mountains. We highly recommend this little piece of heaven!

I stayed with my 2 daughters for a skiing holiday. The views are amazing from this apartment. Very well equpied kitchen. It looks just like the photos comfortable beds.

Functional and cozy apartment, with the added bonus of the river at our feet, we only stayed one night but we will definitely come back! Beautiful area, right next to Chambéry, good cheese, life seems very peaceful!

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a historical Villa surrounded by a French style garden which we absolutely loved! We were welcomed by Damien and felt right at home in the flat. We loved big windows, lots of light, and attention to detail that Damien demonstrated by decorating a Christmas tree for us and preparing a welcome gift - some candies. The bathroom in the main bedroom is spacious and beautifully designed. We especially loved the combination of traditional elements and modernity, such as electric stove that looked like a traditional 19th century one. A fireplace is another great feature. It makes you feel like being in a French chateau. All in all, a great stay in a great place with kind and welcoming host. We can highly recommend the flat and Damien!

Thank you so much Melissa for your warm welcome. The place is very new and thought out with every detail. We really enjoyed admiring the mountains — they have a beautiful view from the apartment. The access to the apartment is very easy, through an electronic key. Melissa was always in touch and gave useful recommendations on where to go and what to see in Chambéry. Very comfortable cottage with large beds, clean, full kitchen to make a good fondue with friends!

A very cozy house with all the necessary amenities! Close to the lake, and yet nice and quiet due to the well secluded garden. Definitely recommended!

Perfect residence and location. Be careful though, this is a furnished rental in a tourist residence, it may be missing some basic items to bring (sponge, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). Despite this, the place, the welcome, the amenities, everything was compliant and impeccable.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

I was traveling for work for this trip, everything went very well, Claire is very welcoming and available. We will definitely come back as soon as we get the chance!

Very good stay. The station at 1000m was closed due to lack of snow, but 1400 was very good. The accommodation was as described :)

We had a lovely weekend at this property, the city is very soothing and next to Annecy. The Airbnb was very well and well maintained, very good Airbnb for couples trips near Annecy. The host was able to answer any questions I had and refer me to restaurants/activities nearby. I recommend it!

Very good equipped apartment with magnificent view on Lake and mountains. Kitchen has everything for a long-term living and a great private terrace. 25mn by car to city center (Annecy), 10mn by walk to shops and boulangerie. Great amenities for cycling and running around lake. Definitely stay here next time.
