Small apartment matches the photos and description. Convenient and well-equipped apartment (oven, microwave, washing machine, raclette machine...). Ideal location, just a few meters from one of the slopes of the estate and a chairlift. I would highly recommend this listing.

Despite a rather late booking, we were able to stay three nights in this beautiful apartment, small but very functional. Perfect for two people. The location is great, we visited the city on foot without worries, and the building is amazing. Free parking nearby is a real plus. Thomas was very kind by message, his instructions were very clear which made our arrival very pleasant. Thank you again!

The welcome was warm and the apartment on the ground floor is perfect, comfortable and well-equipped. Modern bathroom, comfortable bedding, and quiet accommodation 25 minutes walk from the lake. Shops nearby. Impeccable! Only downside, very capricious wifi!🥴.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy accommodation, it feels almost like home. Roberta is very friendly and very available as needed. The proximity to the center of Annecy is a big plus. I recommend it!

Great place to leave the everyday train train, a nice high break in flavor! Ideally located with a beautiful view of the casino and a stone's throw from the town hall. Top quality bedding and jaccuzi Two small downsides: the cross is not usable for the little ones (1m60) the straps are not adjustable and a lot of noise outside at night.

We had a lovely stay , where we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Impeccable apartment, very nice interior and exterior decorations. ( especially at night, it's beautiful) The hot tub is a plus to lounge after a good day of walking.
