Vacation rentals with a patio in Cognin

Everything was perfect. Gerd was kind and very friendly with my parents for whom I rented his apartment. The apartment is ideally located away from the crowds of Annecy and close to a very nice small beach.

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

Quiet and pleasant apartment. At the foot of the Chartreuse, perfect for accessing the slopes in 25 minutes. Linens and towels provided while we stayed there only one night. It's rare and very appreciated. Clément is easily reachable and accommodating. I recommend it. Thanks

Thank you so much Melissa for your warm welcome. The place is very new and thought out with every detail. We really enjoyed admiring the mountains — they have a beautiful view from the apartment. The access to the apartment is very easy, through an electronic key. Melissa was always in touch and gave useful recommendations on where to go and what to see in Chambéry. Excellent value apartment, great location, walkable to restaurants, shops and slopes. The apartment had everything we needed and we had a very enjoyable stay.

Large, very clean and well-equipped accommodation. The instructions are very clear, and the listing is as described. The view of the mountains is beautiful and the scientific polygon (CEA, Schneider Electrics, Corys) is effectively close, but by car. Indeed, the accommodation is in a bend in a winding climb, and a car is in my opinion essential, even to go to the nearest shops. Being in this home for work, I don't have an opinion on hiking trails, but given the steep environment, they must be for experienced hikers. Excellent experience in the professional setting (the Fiber network works well, it's worth noting), I recommend for professionals who need to go to the scientific polygon.

Excellent experience. Jean-Pierre is a very welcoming host, the accommodation is even better than in the photos. It is very well equipped, clean, and the jacuzzi / hammam part is beautiful. The setting is beautiful too. Definitely recommend

The studio is perfect for a weekend for a couple. Very well equipped!! The views are beautiful and the terrace is very nice. Thank you for this trip! However, it is a sofa bed so not the most comfortable.

Perfect residence and location. Be careful though, this is a furnished rental in a tourist residence, it may be missing some basic items to bring (sponge, dish soap, shower gel, etc.). Despite this, the place, the welcome, the amenities, everything was compliant and impeccable.

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

I was traveling for work for this trip, everything went very well, Claire is very welcoming and available. We will definitely come back as soon as we get the chance!

Very good stay. The station at 1000m was closed due to lack of snow, but 1400 was very good. The accommodation was as described :)

We had a lovely weekend at this property, the city is very soothing and next to Annecy. The Airbnb was very well and well maintained, very good Airbnb for couples trips near Annecy. The host was able to answer any questions I had and refer me to restaurants/activities nearby. I recommend it!

Very good equipped apartment with magnificent view on Lake and mountains. Kitchen has everything for a long-term living and a great private terrace. 25mn by car to city center (Annecy), 10mn by walk to shops and boulangerie. Great amenities for cycling and running around lake. Definitely stay here next time.
