Le gîte se trouve au bord de la CHARENTE, propice aux randonnées à pieds ou à vélos (possibilité de stocker des vélos). Vous pourrez également découvrir la région en voiture : ANGOULEME (30 minutes) LA ROCHELLE(1H15), BORDEAUX (1h30) et les plages de l'ATLANTIQUE.

As well as its own private terrace, there are stone steps for easy access to the river for kayaking and paddle boarding and a 20m long swimming pool and formal gardens. The property is situated in the heart of a picturesque village that has both a Michelin starred restaurant and a local café just a 2 minute walk away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Very quiet little house in a quiet street only a short 10 minutes walk from the city centre. There's free parking right in front, and there's always space. Very comfortable. Queen size bed, Netflix, Dolby surround, a nice folk guitar, a hamac. You should have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I keep th place impeccably clean and I expect my guests to respect the place. Have a great stay.
