Quiet cottage for 2 people, in the countryside (possibility for 4 people with the sofa). Located 30 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel and 15 minutes from Fougères, this cottage (attached on one side to another cottage for 11 people) is the perfect starting point for exploring the area. On the ground floor, a 20 m² living room with lounge and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, toilet and separate shower room. A pétanque court is available, shared between the two cottages.

Le Grand Bois is a charming 18th century farmhouse renovated with taste and opening onto a large garden. It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Old but resolutely modern by its comfort and its decoration, it is an ideal place for a family vacation or a friends getaway. The tranquility of the place will suit both people wishing to rest or being active seeking to discover the beautiful region.

The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...

House located 2 km from the A84, between Brittany and Normandy. You are 25 km from Mont Saint Michel and can also enjoy the beaches (Saint Malo, Granville...). A private terrace and free private parking are at your disposal. On the ground floor is the living room (living room, kitchen) and the toilet. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (bed linen and towels provided). Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the cottage and are not allowed to sleep in the bed or sofa.

The Mesnil gîte is located in a large farmhouse, 4 minutes from the A84. We welcome you with pleasure and a late self check-in is possible thanks to a key box. There is no cleaning fee on the sole condition that you leave the cottage in the same clean condition as you found it on arrival. If you don't meet this condition, you'll be charged €50. Pets should not be left alone in the accommodation.
