A cosy cabin with ensuite set in glorious countryside very close to historic Shrewsbury town surrounded by the River Severn. Ideal for couples wanting to escape busy lifestyles and relax. Many local country pubs and within a 3 minute drive there is a brilliant Indian restaurant and a the Smoke Stop that does delivers. We have a very friendly dog called Shirley so please feel free to ask to take her for a walk! She will be your friend for life! Please note there is no wifi. Check in after 4.00

The Studio is in the centre of one of Wales' most scenic villages at the foot of the Berwyn Mountains. It is a self-contained studio with a double bed or 2 singles, dining/sitting areas, kitchen and shower room. The Hand Hotel serves great food, best to book. Well placed for a long weekend of walking, cycling or visiting the Pontcysyllte World Heritage site, Llangollen with its heritage railway, Lake Vernwy, waterfalls and many more wonderful places. An excellent base for exploring North Wales.

Quarry View is a quirky, comfortable property nestled in the woods in Pontesbury. Comfortably sleeping 2 with the option of a travel cot/camp bed for a child if needed. Really quiet location but within a half hour drive of some lovely Shropshire towns and ideal for walkers. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including basic breakfast items and logs for the log burner. Beautiful cottage, perfectly organised, brilliant hosts, Adam and Elaine could not be more accommodating and very quick at responding to messages. The cottage was immaculate, ‘could eat my dinner off the floor’ clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen had a welcome pack, milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc, very helpful on the first night. Hot tub was used every evening after good day of walking. Thanks for a lovely stay! Would definitely come back again.

Ed’s guest house was perfect for our long weekend away. It was immaculately presented, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were really comfortable with gorgeous bed linen and the bathrooms were lovely with lots of hot water. Location was very quiet and peaceful. The welcome gifts were much appreciated. Communication was excellent and check-in super easy. Highly recommended.

The Vinery is still brand new, and it shows, everything is in perfect condition and finished to a high standard. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Perhaps a microwave would be a useful addition for quickly heating something up. Emma is a caring host. The location is convenient for exploring Shropshire and North Wales. Snowdonia is stunning! It was a real pleasure to stay at this beautiful place.

Dawn and Andy were kind and flexible with our check-in and provided really detailed and helpful instructions. Their recommendations for local eats were spot on, we had a great dinner at the Stables Inn only a few miles away.
