It has 3-4 double/king bedrooms (2 of which have en-suites), a single bedroom and a kids twin room There is plenty of parking for 3-4 cars The house is open plan and has all mod cons incl. a well equipped kitchen, Sonos, 4K TV & vintage bar! Large Family Home Private Garden Beach 2 mins Walk

We had a comfortable stay in this beautiful house for two weeks. We loved how close it is to the beach and the sea view from the bedrooms. Very easy to walk around and there is a variety of shops within walking distance. The sofas and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our cat also enjoyed the place and her little walks in the garden. It was generally very quiet, other than the neighbour's dogs clockwork barking sessions at 11pm & 7am. Our only comment was that the house was freezing when we arrived and it took many hours to heat up, causing one of us a nasty headache the next day. It would be nice if the heating was turned on a bit earlier. Once it was warm, it did maintain the heat quite well. Other than that everything was great and would visit again, especially when the weather gets better!

Such a unique place in a picturesque rural setting, a piece of Japanese heaven in the middle of Hampshire area. Located close to Winchester, it is ideally situated for country walks and pursuits. The property is peaceful and private, the mill is stunning build over a river, such a stunning romantic oasis. Good for the soul if you want to recharge your battery in a beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The host's attention to details is impressive and everything looked and felt authentic, including the vintage Japanese screens and all furniture and decorations. I would highly recommend if you want to disconnect from everyday life and recharge! I'm planning to come back!!

Beautiful, cosy, spacious and well-equipped house with sea views. Our 3 boys loved the table tennis and board games. It was great to have the living room area and a slightly separate TV area as it meant we could do different things and spread out. Bonchurch, the Ventnor seafront and Steephill Cove were all lovely and the house was a great base for exploring further afield too. Would definitely recommend.

A very nice weekend in an old cottage with lots of character. We did not spend a lot of time in the cottage, however, the time we did spend was very comfortable with all that you require to make it feel like home. The host was great with communication and a welcome message that made everything nice and easy. Overall, a great place to stay if you want home comforts and a base from which to explore the south coast and stunning surrounding areas.

We had a lovely weekend break at this beautiful home. It was clean and decorated to a high standard. We had everything we needed and more! The location was also perfect for walks, shops, pubs and restaurants. The weather was also fabulous ( but I don't think they provided that! ) I cannot fault this holiday home. Fantastic, quirky, cosy, clean cottage, with everything you needed it really was home away from home. Lots of extras in cottage which was lovely. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and I loved all the pictures and light fixtures. Easy reach to beach and so many great walks, shops on your door step. Our dog totally loved it and was made very welcome. Will definitely stay again thank you

My friends and I stayed overnight for my birthday and it was the best!!! The house is even more beautiful and spacious in person. Jude was also an amazing host and super lovely, she got me flowers, Prosecco and chocolate. It was all very sweet. The location is beautiful and she also gave us great recommendations! This was a great relaxing spot. The views were stunning and it was easily walkable (although be aware steeply uphill since the boardwalk was being fixed) to lots of great restaurants. Easily drivable to lots of interesting spots within 20-30 minutes. A great spot to relax and unwind.
