We loved our stay and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The place is well presented, everything felt new and clean. We visited the Grand Canyon for a hike whilst staying here which is a nice small Drive away. Would recommend to others and definitely would stay again. Thank you

It was a great experience. Alexander was a great host and a great person. There was a slight hiccup with us finding the road. But he immediately came out to our car to help us out. Awesome stargazing at night as well!

Just Right! While the house had more than we needed it is a fantastic size for a family. Our dogs loved the patio to watch wildlife and get fresh air. The kitchen is great too. Our bed was very comfortable. The house was close to everything especially the university - just a short 10 minute drive to all the graduation activities. If we come back to the area we will stay here again! Thanks Spencer!

Such a cozy little spot. We loved the pet-friendly amenities and our pup loved the back yard. This was our anniversary location and everything about the room was exactly what we needed. Katie sent clear and concise instructions ahead of time that we kept referring back to for answers to little questions. The house is settled quietly at the end of the road, so we didn't hear any cars. The house is well-split and we didn't have to interact with any neighbors. Fresh towels, clean kitchenware, spare bedsheets, roomy refrigerator. We will absolutely be coming back!

Her place was exactly as described and her directions were perfect 👌 I didn't arrive until after dark and I was nervous about finding the place but follow her directions were spot on!! Place was very clean and comfortable. I likely missed it in the description but there wasn't a kitchen sink. Just an FYI but likely something I missed in the description and was my own fault. Thanks for the place to stay !

A great stop on our roadtrip to see the Grand Canyon! All of the town’s local spots are very close. This was a nice, relaxing stay!

We loved our stay! The place was cozy and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s conveniently located near Williams and the Grand Canyon, which made exploring easy. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch, taking in the fresh air and beautiful scenery. It was also very accommodating for our baby—they had everything we needed. Our pup had a great time too! Highly recommend.

Loved the bungalow. Right down town near everything we wanted to see. Loved the front porch and the rocking chairs. Look forward to staying there again.

We had a great time ,very beautiful home ,garden and heated pool . Lots of room for big families to vacation together .we really enjoyed the back porch. Very close to Sedona and Jerome.Lots of hiking trails near by .I will recommend this home to my family and friends.

The house was very comfortable, and the surroundings were beautiful. The property was very peaceful and we saw deer one morning walking and eating the bushes in the front yard. Definitely would consider renting this house again, it was amazing.

Nothing but positive things to say about this location! Beautiful views, the house aesthetic is amazing, exceptional communication with the hosts. The property looks just like the pictures and the home is very spacious and private. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing place - convenient to drive to all the most popular trails. 20 minutes drive to restaurants in Sedona and the drive itself is scenic - pure pleasure to drive every time. We also were working from home some of the days: the Internet connection at home is perfect for that, and breakfast/coffee places are 5-7 minutes drive, so worked well in the mornings before work. Another advantage: you can enjoy sunsets on a private deck. There was a grill there too - we didn't use it, but you can make your dinner there and enjoy sunset, no need to look for a restaurant with a view. Pool and hot tub were quite busy during the day, but if you travel with kids - that should work well anyway. Enjoy your Sedona trip!

Loved how the dog Rooster made us feel tight at home. Hot tub felt great after long hikes. Clean, cozy private place to stay, perfect for us.

My friends and I planned a few hikes and they were both only a 15 minute drive away. Location was great. Russ was very responsive to our questions. Condo was nicely laid out and comfortable. I have family coming up end of year looking to possibly stay again so I can show them beautiful Sedona as well.

Everything was as described. Great location for a group of friends and/or family vacation. We had our adult children and the grands for a long weekend and accommodations were perfect. Quite relaxing and areas of the house were separate enough that littles could nap during the day and adults could continue with pool lounging etc.

I appreciate how accommodating Robin was. The scenery and surrounding landscape was absolutely beautiful like staying in a green house cabin with peacocks and serenity. Really a place of encouragement to move into a cabin on land. I appreciated the flexibility and quick responses.

The place was clean, open and airy. I loved the coffee bar. she had filtered water, milk and tea.. I absolutely loved that we could feed the horses with the carrots. We loved the place and will be back.. A nice way to celebrate our 30th Anniversary!! Thank you

The Kelly House has a fabulous view and it was clean and comfortable. It is in walking distance to everything you want to experience in the town of Jerome. We spent much of our time on the deck sipping coffee and reading. Loved being completely disconnected—-No tv was a plus. Cell phone worked and internet allowed me to work when needed. It made our 25th wedding anniversary get away a huge blessing.

We felt very much at home in Janette’s place. She has done such a beautiful job decorating and making our stay comfortable. Loved the neighborhood. Hiking is very accessible in the area. Groceries and local restaurants close by. Location is fairly central to everything in town.

A great place to stay! Spacious and with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed using this property as a base for our Grand Canyon day trip - it was amazing to come back and enjoy the fire pit at the end of the night.

Wir hatten eine tolle und unvergessliche Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist exakt wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und hat uns voll und ganz überzeugt. Wir würden empfehlen, einen Screenshot vom Standort von Beginn an zu schicken, da wir Probleme im Dunkeln hatten die Unterkunft zu finden. Uns hatte Google Maps auf ein Feld geschickt, das etwas von dem echten Standort entfernt war.

Becky was an excellent host. Her and her family that supported with communication during my stay were incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. The place was cute and had everything needed for an individual or 2 person stay.
