Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Coconino County

Came here with my mom for a mother/daughter getaway. Would highly recommend this b&b to anyone staying in Sedona looking for the perfect relaxing stay. The views were magnificent, the decor outstanding, and the food absolutely delicious. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly we didn’t want to leave!

This is my second time staying at the Buffalo Pointe Inn. Alice made sure the place was spotless and I noticed there were some upgrades in the room from last year which was nice! She gave us our privacy but assured us she was just one message away to help. Great stay in Williams, I highly recommend!

We felt very at home, breakfast was fabulous and the room included so many little extras, we just loved it. Very helpful advice also!

Great place to stay, would highly recommend! Room has killer views, very comfortable and private. Well decorated and had everything we needed. Great location within a short drive to many restaurants and hiking areas. Grounds were well kept and had many cool sitting areas to relax and hangout. Breakfast was a great touch, food was excellent and it was nice not having to worry about going somewhere each morning. 10/10!

Kris provides a true AirBnB - which includes a wonderful Breakfast in her beautiful dining room! Kris has a large and perfectly maintained house for guests. She resides in an attached apartment, and is right there to welcome you. The photos just can't capture how spectacular the house is. Spotlessly clean, lovely in every way, carefully chosen artwork, just perfect. We had the room with two queen beds (choice of firm or medium mattresses and pillows!). Lots of light, and a second floor view over the neighborhood. The room extends to a private bath with two sinks, plus large tub and shower. Kris is very attentive. She enjoys providing guests with whatever they might need, and she is fun to talk with. She has great recommendations for visiting the area. She's amazing! And back to that Breakfast - Kris brews your coffee and makes a perfect meal to start out your day! We would love to return again.

I put together a last minute trip to see Prescott looking like a winter wonderland during a recent snowstorm. What a delight it was to have stumbled on the little piece of heaven that is Cloud9. You feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Tina and Danny and their lovely home are full of warmth and charm. You will enjoy not only majestic views, but a home that is the perfect mix of cozy and elegant. Tina cooks like nobody's business and will make breakfasts and an afternoon nosh that will knock your socks off. They proactively checked on my food allergies directly after booking so I knew I had no worries in that department. I adored their two sweet pups as well. This property feels like a private oasis, but it is well placed for exploring the area. It is only a short drive to downtown restaurants or the nearby lakes for hiking and birding outings. I hope to visit again!

This bed and breakfast was perfect in every way! The bed is super comfy, there’s a mini fridge and microwave, and fridge full of refreshments in the main kitchen. The homemade baked goods are so delicious, and breakfast was yummy as well! The location is ideal, really short walk into uptown Sedona. I’d highly recommend for small families or couples.

This stay was everything we wanted and more! The experience hanging out in the hogan was unique and cozy. We spent half the night laying under the stars, an excellent location with little light pollution! Don’t forget to bring pillows for the cots and tea/hot chocolate, as the hogan has a kettle and we kept that thing going all night long! Definitely use Richardson as a guide for antelope canyon. You’ll get a private experience, much better than the “Disney-like” experience you’ll get doing a larger tour group.

Kris was a great host. Friendly helpful with tips for restaurants and thinks to see. The overlook a few blocks down her street was awesome with views to the marina, lake Powell and the river. The views and energy from this area are amazing, Richard was very responsive and helpful. Due to the location, our phones were changing time zones, I messed up and thought it was later and we left before the traditional breakfast, our fault and that was our only regret. Loved the rustic camping feel and great experience, so peaceful. Just mind the time zones :)

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible AirBNB, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice! From the moment I arrived, the hosts made me feel right at home—so welcoming and attentive, they truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The location was simply stunning; I woke up every morning to breathtaking views. Whether it was the lush surroundings or the panoramic scenery, it was pure paradise. One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful porch with cozy daybeds, perfect for lounging and bird watching. I spent hours relaxing there, watching all kinds of birds flutter by while soaking in the serene atmosphere. The property itself was beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The peaceful vibe made it easy to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty. I can't wait to stay here again. I am so happy I picked this place—it's definitely a hidden gem! Highly recommend!
