Walk Downtown-Cozy House

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

The Cottage

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

Down Living in one of the First Homes built in the Flagstaff Township, This home was rebuilt from the ground up to facilitate modern living. Originally a Shack "Mexican Homestead" for the Juarez Family that moved to Flagstaff in 1911 to work at the Saw Mill and build Railroad Tries for the booming railroad industry. Casa de la Piedra is a cozy cottage made of stone and attached to our family home. It is located just a few blocks up from the heart of downtown Flagstaff. This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.
