Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cocoa

We absolutely LOVED the place!! Beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had 2 couples, plus a mother & son. The couples each had their own king beds, and the mother and son each had their own rooms with queen beds. We appreciated that we all had our own private corners of the house and yet a nice spacious area for all of us to gather. We enjoyed hanging out in the beautiful pool. It felt like we were visiting a family members home. It had everything we needed and more!! Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Everything was great. Very clean, great amenities, many choices of seating areas, spacious kitchen. Hot tub was a delight. Crystal clear instructions to check in/out etc. My brother, his fiancée, and I flew in after a death in our family and this place worked out perfectly to be in the area close to our uncle. Quick response time from the host. The communication from the host was good, but also so frequent to the point where we felt it was over the top and was interrupting our experience. I don’t love when they message and call multiple times to ask for a 5 star review after you’ve checked out, but the actual stay was great so I rate 5 stars.

Absolutely loved this house! I took my family on vacation to Melbourne for the 1st time and this house was a perfect fit for us! I had my husband, 2 teen girls and one of their friends, plus our 2 dogs and we had plenty of space! The house is located in a great place, close to everything! There's plenty of restaurants close by and there are beautiful beaches within 20-30 minutes. The pool was awesome, my kids loved being able to swim whenever they wanted to. It was still a little to chilly to get to really enjoy it, so we definitely have to cone back when it gets warmer! I would definitely bring my family back and stay here again! I wish we could've stayed longer, since we were only able to stay 4 nights. So next time we're staying the whole week. I definitely recommend this house to others! We had an amazing time!

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts think of everything and we’re very communicative and gracious. The house is beautiful and the outdoor area is fantastic. We’d love to stay here again!

This was one of the best stays! The place was EXACTLY as described. Photos were spot on. The backyard space was so peaceful with lots of flora and wildlife. We saw variety of birds, butterflies and lizards. The swing is a nice addition! Kitchen space was small, but we had all needed to cook several meals. The coffee area is well stocked, much appreciated! We utilized all sleeping areas, I had the front room with day bed. The bed is super comfy and I enjoyed waking up with the sun. We accidentally blew a breaker one morning, Tara was super quick to respond and it was not an issue! Hosts are very thoughtful and quick to respond. Would love to stay here again in a future trip to Mt. Dora!

We were so impressed the moment we walked in! This home was spotless and so cute! We loved it! We cannot wait to come back for another visit!

We were in town for my son’s wedding this past week. We had a variety of family - both old and young - that we were trying to please. This place checked all the boxes we were looking for - spacious, clean, easy to get in and out, great pool and outside area (perfect for relaxing during the day). Lots of little touches as well - soap, shampoo, plenty of towels and extra linens, we even found some sunscreen one afternoon for the pool. We had a great stay and Jose was extremely helpful along the way. Definitely will stay here again in the future as we come back to FL to visit my son and new daughter-in-law! Thank you!

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

I would say that if your priority is a prime location within a 3 to 5 minute walk to the downtown then this place is for you. It’s a little tight on space if you’re planning on spending much time in the unit. And I would have to say at 6 foot 2 I had to keep from banging my head on the light fixtures and going down the steep staircase. It was clean with plenty of towels and good AC.

Good clean space, everything you need.

The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

I honestly have no complaints about this airbnb. It was clean and in a good location. Close to good shopping, good restaurants and not a far drive from Universal and the convention center which were a big deal for us since we stayed for a cheer competition. The only and I mean only downfall was the master bedroom is closest to the road so we heard loud cars/music periodically but we would stay again when or if we make our way back to Orlando! Definitely recommend!

Chrissy as always responds within minutes of any concern or request. She hurried to clean up the property immediately after the previous guests had left so that we could check in early immediately after arrival in Florida due to our lack of sleep.

Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y perfectamente ordenado, lo que demuestra el cuidado y la dedicación de los anfitriones. Además, la ubicación es excelente, ideal para descansar y disfrutar al máximo. La atención también fue de primera, con anfitriones atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Sin duda, una experiencia inmejorable, totalmente recomendable. ¡Esperamos regresar pronto!

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.

Great location and incredibly helpful host! About 15 minutes from Disney parks which was perfect for us. The layout of the space was comfortable and laid out very well. Homey but large.

Highly recommend, beautiful home, central location, wonderful hosts, beautiful community no extra fees for clubhouse, stunning pool, sauna, gym and lots of activities included all in one price!!

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dexter & Misty's Villa! No complaints and would love to stay here again in the future. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need for cooking any meal. The hot tub and pool were used every day and everybody loved them! They layout of the house is great, with common areas, yet bedrooms split up for pivacy. Any host communication was very fast! We had one minor issue with the pool the first day that was quickly resolved with them going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! FYI - delivery services such as Doordash, groceries, etc easily dropped off inside the gated community, so we had groceries ready for us upon arrival.

Everything was exactly as described ! Host was super responsive . Location is perfect for a Disney trip. With moderate traffic you are approximately 17-20 minutes from everything. Lots of shopping and restaurants right outside the neighborhood . Walmart is basically across the street . Everything was very clean. Pool looked clean , however; the nights were too cold to swim (I don’t believe the pool is heated ) . Not a negative but just a heads up for future renters…when the AC kicks on, the motor makes a minor bang noise, which happens to be right behind the master bedroom. Other than that, everything was perfect !

Great house; accommodated our needs. Pool and hot tub are nice; we used them heated (we stayed in March) and they were great. When we arrived, there was not enough toilet tissue; the host resolved it right away. House has enough items for cooking, entertainment. Gated community was very easy to get in and out of with the pass provided upon arrival. Great space for a large group.

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!
