Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Cocke County

This was an awesome private, very private get away. Just what the Doctor ordered and Elizabeth prescribed. Will definitely visit again, when privacy is in order!!!!

We loved our stay here! We felt right at home. My kids and I enjoyed the hot tub and campfires, sunsets out the back porch, and the peace and serenity of the property. My kids enjoyed the video games upstairs and running in the open backyard, and my parents and the rest of us enjoyed the comfortable beds, TVs in each room, private bathrooms, and location and proximity to Gatlinburg. Minor issues here and there which Derek was receptive about. We would definitely stay again.

Amanda's home was perfect for our quick trip. My girls absolutely loved the upstairs and the old-fashioned clawfoot tub! It's such a nice piece to have! The beds were super comfy, I loved the coffee station and that I was able to have coffee after a long drive without having to run to the store first, and the outside fairy garden was a hit with my mother. Loved the home and Amanda was more than accommodating for us and so sweet! I hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Adriana was very responsive and helpful. The home was very clean. Loved the no touch hand soap in all the bathrooms. S’mores forks and lighter was a welcome surprise. The local Goat was one of her restaurant recommendations. It was awesome! Very nice pots and pans in the kitchen. The driveway and the walk down to the lake are both very steep. You can drive around instead but beware the cardinals are infatuated with the windows and mirrors. We had to find a car wash after their visit!

Gary and Amanda are lovely people! They were extremely friendly and hospitable. Beautiful house and area, very cozy. Will absolutely be back!

This place is amazing! We weee 2 families staying there and there was more than enough room for everyone. The property is beautiful, I could have hiked there for days. It is about 2 hours away from all sorts of attractions in different directions such as Gatlinburg, Beech mountain and more. The property care taker, Rob was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was a huge success and we enjoyed every minute of it.

This home was very spacious and clean. The outside was nice and an added bonus was getting to feed the horses Bill & Pepper. Had a fire pit where we made s’mores & a brand new grill w/ a filled propane tank. Daniel also answered any questions I had in a timely manner & even made recommendations on some places to eat in the area. He also checked in w/ us one day to let us know he would be in the area cutting the fields. He shared a lot of information about the home & the area w/ my husband & some of our friends. He even helped one of our friends that had a flat tire on his truck. Thank you Daniel & your wife for being a great host & a nice home. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay for a longer trip, felt at home and was very quiet. We loved the screened in porch and beautiful plants!

Amanda's place was in a peaceful neighborhood. Her home was clean and as described.

Only complaint was the steep ride up the mountain.. Everything else was Great! Would go again!

The most peaceful stay I’ve had yet. Very beautiful and serene. House was very clean and as described. I could hear the creak from indoors which amplified my experience. I would definitely recommend bringing some bug repellent but that’s to be expected considering the location. Host was great and very quick with responding which I was very appreciative of. 10/10 recommend! Will be booking again in the future.

Beautiful scenery. Relaxing in the hot tub and having morning coffee by the river was awesome. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well maintained, no issues or surprises. Lee was a great host, reaching out every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great weekend.

place is nice and secluded just the way I like it but next time I'm staying I have to rent a car cause getting an Uber to come out to here is next to impossible. we felt like we were the only ones there, which was perfect for privacy. the beds squeak to much tho if you know what I mean... overall it's an amazing place. I will always remember the meals my fiance and I had, as well as the lovely mountain ambience. I honestly forgot I was only staying for 10 days, by day 2 I thought I had lived there all my life 😂. in summary this place feels like home, but you'll get stranded without a ride so next time I'll plan accordingly. 10/10. thanks for having us

Great stay!! I felt the value was great for the beautiful interior and amazing views/location. The road leading up to the condo was steep and twisty (as mentioned in the listing) so we made sure to drive cautiously, but once you are up there the view is totally worth it!! We drove to Dollywood for two days of our stay and it was an easy 30 min drive. It was amazing to stay in a more secluded place while still enjoying the surrounding attractions. Bonus perk is if you like bird watching, this place was paradise for that. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Highly recommend this little gem on the creek in Cosby! It provided just the peaceful respite we’re were looking for—the perfect spot to rest after long days of hiking around the Smokies. My sister and I felt right at home and especially enjoyed great sleep on the extra comfy mattress on the king bed. Additionally, the host had provided several thoughtful touches that made our stay even better—things women appreciate like good lighting in the bathrooms, plenty of trash cans and more. We will definitely be returning!

Aaron's home is very warm and inviting. It's in a perfect location for peace and tranquility. The home is nicely filled with everything that you have need of for a perfect vacation or a quick getaway. I was there for business so I was not able to visit Cades Cove, Dollywood, Gatlinburg or the many other places that are close by. However a beautiful black bear was in the back yard resting. He stayed for a bit and then moved on. It was such a blessing to experience that so close but also safely as the condo is a second floor home. Aaron is very kind and responsive. I did not have an issue with anything, its all turn key. Aaron's home will not disappoint. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you Aaron!
