Excellent stay! This was our third time here and it never disappoints. Can’t wait to come back again!

This will be my 3rd trip & each time I'm ready for another. PRF Is located 10 minutes from Hot Springs, NC on top of a mountain. The old tobacco barn has been lovingly restored to accommodate a rustic, clean, well equipped shared space for guest use. A barn? but there are appliances, hot water, a kitchen sink & propane range. Everything needed to prepare a meal, coffee, tea and stowe perishables. The structure is seasonal, but absolutely gorgeous! Lighting, fans, tables, new flooring all ready for a Barn Wedding or a modern day glamper. The cliff's edge cabins are delightful, partially screened & private to capture natures views and offer a true camping experience. fresh air, & no electricity (solar lanterns). The best sleep you will ever have with the mystical sound of the river, haunting noise of the train, & the Chuck Wills. Trust me, you must experience this place if you love the small mountain town feel, the sound of the French Broad River & Glamping.

We loved our stay here! Honestly it was even more beautiful and picturesque than in the photos. Peaceful, clean, great hiking trails, great folks, great facilities. The little River perch cabin we stayed in was perfect for a refreshing and romantic getaway.

Our stay at paint rock was so special! We stayed in a meadow cabin and it was cozy and comfortable. The property is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Tammy Jean was very responsive and respectful. Communication was quick and helpful from some small things to helping navigate a closed road. I would recommend this place to stay and very friendly to talk to.

We recently stayed at Paint Rock Farm and it was an enchanting experience. The Glamping Cabins offered cozy accommodations with breathtaking views of Pisgah National Forest. The serene ambiance, pet-friendly atmosphere, and warm hospitality made it unforgettable. The sustainable organic hemp farm and picturesque outdoor event spaces added unique touches. Highly recommend for a remarkable getaway with furry companions. ⛰️🐾♥️👍🏻 We will be back!

This was our second time at Paint Rock Farms, and it certainly did not disappoint! We enjoyed the breathtaking views of each sunrise and sunset, the lovely walking trails (now marked with signs which is awesome), and the quiet serenity of the entire property. Hot Springs is a small but surprisingly bustling town only 9 minutes away with a few great restaurants and shops that we enjoyed as well. We will absolutely come back sometime in the (hopefully) near future!

This Airbnb stay goes down as the best booking we have ever made. We were surrounded in the most peaceful and beautiful surroundings to date. The ability to relax, slow down and unplug in such a beautiful place was a real gift. The camper was so cozy and we absolutely loved the little outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and hammocks. This stay was truly medicine for the soul and we hope we will be able to visit one day again!

We only stayed 2 nights but really enjoyed it. We felted so comfortable in the Zen Den. We had a blast playing table shuffle board, exploring the beautiful property, and loving on the animals. Megan & Andy were so welcoming and kind. When we ventured out we also enjoyed riding our ebikes at Cades Cove, had a Blas on the Alpine Coaster, and had delicious BBQ ribs at the Wood Shed Colby. We hope to be back soon for a longer stay. Thanks so much guys!

We had a great wedding weekend at Gary’s. Plenty to do, and so close to Gatlinburg.

I highly recommend Janice’s place. The hot tub was relaxing. The soaking tub was amazing. A great breakfast was delivered to me in the morning.. they had some beautiful horses too out in the pasture.

We couldn’t of picked a better spot for our wedding anniversary! Janice’s place is so quaint & beautiful, a unique place to relax and get away from all life’s distractions. We immediately felt right at home as Janice greeted us and showed us around the property. There is so much to do just walking around the grounds, we stayed right on the creek, and had our very own secluded hot tub. Its was very comfy in the room and even had homemade breakfast delivered to our door. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to stay with Janice again! Highly Recommend!!

Everything was great! The views, the river, the back porch. Everything else was wonderful and enjoyed the sunrise views with coffee! We hope to be back again one day! Thank you!!

Janice was a lovely host and excellent chef. She spent time chatting with us over the delicious breakfast she'd prepared and took the time to show me all the rooms in the main lodge so that I could plan for future visits.

My family loved our stay on the farm. We already miss all the animals! The farm cats are a hoot. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The decor was beautiful. The beds were super comfy. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs. We hope to be back in the future!

Loved that this cabin was away from the Holiday crowds but close enough to drive and still see all the tourists adventures. Everything by was about a 45 mins drive but we like driving that far. The cabin was just the right amount of space for my family of 4. Our host was gracious enough to let us still go feed the horses at their home, when they had to get moved out of the pasture in front of the cabin. Loved that we could walk out and see the mountains.

Our family enjoyed our stay tremendously. Daniel and his family were ver welcoming host . This location was all one could ask for , the view of the mountains was breathtaking view . The hospitality was over and above , and their special little grandson just made our stay so heart warming . Definitely a location for a family vacation.
