Our stay at Ruth’s cottage was perfect. She was always responsive and friendly, and went above and beyond communicating with us when a severe storm came through in the middle of the night. Her place was a perfect location while visiting family in Columbia, while also being a quiet respite for me, my children, & my mother at the end of the day. Our 3 & 1 year old loved looking for the cows and seeing where they were at different times of day. There are plenty of family games and puzzles to do on a rainy day inside, and the screened in porch is a lovely place to spend the evening. Highly recommend Ruth and her cottage!

This location was extremely convenient for my needs. The space was cute albeit somewhat eclectic. I found the space comfortable.

Private farm with lots of space. Great hiking trails with creek and waterfalls. A very peaceful and calm place to relax!

I loved this little cabin, and Linda was the sweetest host. I was in an accident a week prior and dealing with rental car issues and she offered to let me reschedule (I didn't have to). The cabin is in a beautiful spot and very cozy. Being able to bring my dogs made life a lot easier, and I greatly appreciate Linda's hospitality and kindness after checkout.

My family and I loved our stay at Spring Creek Place! It is so beautiful and peaceful. My grandkids enjoyed fishing in the pond. The BEST thing about our stay was my grandchildren got to bottle feed a calf! Erin was so nice and friendly. This was our second stay at this cabin and it won't be our last. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. We as a family highly recommend a stay at Spring Creek Place!

This is a well maintained older home with character. It is clean, well organized and comfortable. The Host is fantastic with suggestions for dinner and sightseeing. Don’t hesitate on this listing it’s well worth the stay!

My sister and I stayed here with our kids for the Easter weekend so that we would be close to family in Nashville. It was very close to my other;s house in Bellevue, so very convenient. It was very comfortable and we loved saying hello to the horses and mule. Mornings were very peaceful sitting on the patio with coffee and talking to the horses. The host is nearby, but left us alone to do our own thing. We found it to be clean, safe, secure, and comfortable for our group of five. We will definitely keep the barn in mind for further family visits. Thanks you for a great stay!

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay! Great location in between Sevierville and Knoxville for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Great layout and floorplan of the house and loved all of the decor. The house was very clean and it has one of the most well stocked kitchens ever! Loved the big sectional couch in the den for relaxing and watching TV at night too. Very comfortable beds and loved having ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well! We would for sure stay here again!

This was an absolute dream location for our family!!! It had everything we needed and was secluded yet close to Dollywood. Melissa and Mike did a fantastic job with the Airbnb. It had everything you would need for your stay. We cooked many meals and appreciated the thought that went into the kitchen, including keeping standard herbs for our use! We plan to come back soon and we highly recommend this property!

A peaceful and private countryside escape just minutes from Ooltewah! This stay was everything we hoped for—quiet, charming, and full of character. Cynthia was incredibly accommodating, even with our last-minute booking. If you’re looking for an authentic Tennessee homestead experience, this is it. The goats (and their loyal guard dog, Sampson) were an absolute delight—feeding them treats was such a fun touch. One of our favorite memories was watching our daughter on the big tree swing and our dog exploring the fenced yard as the sun set. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We have stayed many times at one of Tyler’s properties. As always this family goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We love the serenity, of the area. Our Yorkie loves the cows. We also love donkey. We will definitely be back.

This is a lovely space and was perfect for the two of us and our small dog. Bonnie and the goats were so entertaining! Located in a nice area, close to dining at Bluff City Diner :). We rented to come for a play at at Barter. A 25 minute drive, but we enjoyed the location. Would stay again.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here in Grandview, with such a beautiful country livin’ atmosphere and in a private wooded location. Our dogs love the wide open space, they could run in the field next to the air bnb for hours! With our hosts helpful suggestions, we attended local flea markets and butcher shops for some of the most delicious locally sourced food we’ve ever tasted. Sheila also produces her own honey, with her wonderful honey bees and it is a must try, she gives her bees lots of love, which you can taste in the honey 🙂 My husband and I absolutely recommend this air bnb to those folks looking for privacy and a good ol’ country stay.

We spent a wonderful night in this beautiful, peaceful and spacious cabin. The location is private and relaxing and the cabin is so spacious and comfortable. Both Kathryn and Russell were helpful and friendly and the animals on the farm were a wonderful bonus . Such a shame we could only stay for one night but I’d happily go back and stay again. Thanks for a lovely stop away from it all.

Lovey quiet, comfortable, and clean. Close to waterfalls and state parks. Amenities were fantastic. Wonderful host.

It was a beautiful home- I ran out to my wife saying I would buy this place. I would do this again. Since we have family and friends out in TN this makes it great for visiting. Also when things went down- they were on top of it.

We felt right at home. It was beautiful. Grill and fireplace were great! Very nice animals on the farm. Very comfortable beds. We can only recommend it

This was by far our favorite place we’ve ever booked! The way the host described the home and surrounding area made us look forward to our stay even more. Sweet treats were left and every detail to provide a comfortable stay was thought of! The home was modern, yet comfortable. The Google Smart-home system was a cool added experience. The home is located across from a pond and a cute farm-style venue. The views were relaxing while the host encouraged us to try the fresh eggs for breakfast. Communication with the host was also amazing. He was quick to reply and answer questions and offered recommendations for dining, shopping, and places to visit. This was a great addition especially for out of town visitors!!! We enjoyed our stay and wish we were able to stay longer! We would recommend this booking to anyone e visiting the area.

We were not disappointed! The cute little cabins are tucked in the mountain with absolutely gorgeous veiws! Property is well maintained. It's quiet and peaceful there. The only issue we had was parking. But if the other cabin had read the simple instructions it wouldn't have been an issue. The cabins were well stocked with all the things you may forget you need. Bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Which was greatly appreciated after a day a Fall Creek Falls. This cabin is not meant to entertain, but it is the perfect place for a couple to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful and peaceful. Wish we could live there all the time!
