Vacation rentals with a patio in Coba

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean, the patio was a great hangout spot, comfortable chairs and a good vive. Great breakfast spots to walk to. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight—beautiful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. If you’re looking for a clean, low-key place to stay in Tulum, this one’s a great choice.

Nancy's place was beautiful for a week in Tulum. Nancy was very helpful in all questions we had. Walking around was very safe, there is amazing food all within walking distance. We rented a car to get to the beaches and to explore outside the average tourist zones and it was amazing! We will definitely stay again ❤️ perfect for our family of 5, and the teenagers loved it.

A wonderful place! We so enjoyed the spacious apartment, excellent spacious showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden and pool. The caretaker Alejandro was so kind and helpful. He even loaned us containers to pack our lunch out when we went to Tulum! This is a perfect for families who wish to stay a while and cook their own food. Highly recommend!

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

2nd time staying at this apartment! Really peaceful,quiet and private. Now that the road( Calle 29)to apartment is paved makes the location even more convenient. I like that the apartment is close to the beach and downtown Tulum. 100% recommended this place.

40 mins from Tulum Airport (driving) Aldea Zama is an exclusive area of Tulum, Studio was fully equipped, very comfortable mattress and pillows. Zama is expanding and there is construction going on so there will be a little noisy in the morning, but not a big deal. Hosts were very responsive to my requests. Oxxo and 7-11 stores are right there in the corner, and some restaurants too. Rooftop pool was really nice and private. 8 mins driving distance to Tulum city center. I highly recommend this place.

La estancia está muy bonita, hubo una confusión porque entendimos que era un alojamiento completo como dice el anuncio pero resulta que son dos suites que comparten espacio de piscina y cocina. No habría problema pero la idea era una escapada romántica. Mejor poner "alojamiento compartido" para evitar confusión. En general la pasamos muy bien, y la chica de limpieza muy atenta. La ubicación tampoco es muy céntrica por lo que fue bueno que lleváramos nuestro vehículo. Volveríamos en otro plan pero no para una escapada romántica.

This house was truly a home away from home! A big thank you to Alexis, Cindy, and Alefo for making sure my stay was pleasant, especially after a challenging first night getting there due to a storm in the Yucatán Peninsula. The house is spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need, including wi-fi to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It’s perfect for a family of four and has plenty of parking space. Once you're familiar with the area, it's easy to find if you're driving. One thing to note: the neighborhood is still developing, so the roads aren’t in the best condition. I recommend using a suitable vehicle and downloading offline Google Maps, as internet reception in the area can be spotty. It’ll definitely help you navigate more easily. Thank you again to the amazing host team for your great communication and support throughout my stay. I’m already planning to return to Tulum next year and would absolutely consider staying here again!

Nuestra estancia en Tulum fue simplemente increíble gracias a esta hermosa casa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto: la limpieza impecable, la decoración con mucho estilo y, lo mejor de todo, la alberca privada, ideal para relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad o la playa. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y cenotes. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Recomendaría este lugar sin pensarlo dos veces a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de Tulum con total comodidad. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

We had a wonderful stay in Akumal. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (infant, 3,6) and the place was well set up for our group. The beach was beautiful and so accessible right out the back door, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the outdoor space was so comfortable and inviting. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed. There was a portable crib available for the baby. We had chef Carlos come for a few breakfasts and dinners and the food was amazing-such a treat. We visited Akumal Natura Rescue, the Tulum ruins, and Yax-kin cenote, all wonderful and close by. Would highly recommend this place.

El lugar es excelente; tiene lo necesario para poder cocinar l hacer una carne asada. amplia cochera; usamos una Tránsito de 9 pasajeros y entro sin detalles. volveremos pronto!

Great place to stay in Tulum! Three large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Close to main restaurants of Tulum centro. Felt safe. I would recommend!

Rosa a été super et très proactive. Elle a réglé les petites pépins instantanés. La maison possède tout ce qu’on a besoin. Seul petit hic est que le chemin n’est pas encore construit alors c’est très bumpy pour y accéder. Étant donné qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de soleil dans la cour, la piscine était très froide et les enfants se sont très peu baigné. Cependant, la cour est splendide, le bbq au charbon super, les chambres et la cuisine parfaite. Rosa nous avais aussi laissé de petites attentions à notre arrivé (beurre de peanut, confiture, craquelin). C’était très apprécié. Nous reviendrons n’importe quand

Es war das schönste Airbnb, in dem ich je war! Die Wohnung liegt innerhalb einer wunderschön angelegten Anlage, der Garten und die beiden Pools sind super gepflegt und es lädt zum Entspannen ein:) Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und waren sehr traurig bei der Abreise. Sollten wir wieder in der Gegend sein würden wir uns 100% wieder für die Wohnung entscheiden! :)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yaniv's place. The apartment offered a peaceful, serene atmosphere that perfectly complemented my relaxing holiday. I especially loved the large balcony windows that provided a seamless connection to the outdoors, along with the beautiful plants in the planters that added a nice touch. The layout was well-designed and exactly as shown in the photos. Isabel and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. Honestly, I have no complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A beautiful condo with gorgeous views with a quick walk to the private pools and the beach. There were two private balconies to view the marina and water. The restaurants and night life were a quick five minute walk. There was something for everyone. It’s a little slice of paradise. A hidden gem!

What a gem of a place. we didn't want to be in a busy place like Akumel or Talum, so Cheryl's place was perfect. Short bus or drive away to explore, yet tucked away, quiet and private. loved our patio and that it was only 20 steps to the pool.

Estancia muy agradable y la atención de lo mejor. Todo limpio, el host muy atento y el lugar es increíble. Puedes disfrutar de la privacidad de su rooftop y ver atardeceres únicos en medio de la jungla. 100% recomendable.

Amazing do not hesitate to visit Lilians place the private cenote is amazing my kids loved everything about adora close to beach and lots of restaurants the bathtub was great all the touches the condo has are just perfect ..the check in was smooth and very detailed they are always in touch with you .I’m a super host my self and they really did meet all the expectations and beyond ..loved loved loved wil be back ..

I have stayed here for more than a week and felt nothing but safe and satisfied. The place itself is actually bigger than I thought it’d be, but as what other reviews have said, it’s a lot of stairs. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor so expect a lot of climbing up and down whenever. Location wise, it’s so close to everything that you could possibly think of and we did enjoy a lot of local restaurants and cafe while staying here. The Tulum Centro and other places aren’t really as hard to reach either, just wing out your options. Javier and Leonardo were both very responsive and helpful each time we bring up a concern or question. Both were very hands on and helpful.

Estuvimos por 8 días,fue 10 de 10 el lugar tal cual esta descrito, más aún, cumplió nuestras expectativas, los anfitriones excelente, retamos un carrito de golf. Pará movernos x el área, no necesitas nada más tienen todo. La casa woow! 100 % recomendable, Que si vuelvo? PORSUPUESTO .
