Mr. Martin is always very attentive, the house is very cozy, you feel at home, in his very well equipped kitchen, the house seemed super well and my family was very happy, I would stay there again, definitely very recommended and very close to the central places, you can walk to the center of Coatepec

Good place, downtown and easily accessible. Irma is attentive, kind and pleasant. The mattresses are an area of opportunity and improvement; as is the water jet, but it is functional.

Very nice and good communication, just that it is a little unsafe to carry pets, as for the same reason, other dogs filter into the property.

The images and listing description match. We had good communication with Monica. The place was clean, tidy and felt safe, plus it has a convenience store on the corner which is very practical. The location is good with respect to downtown Coatepec if you have a vehicle. Walking would be difficult because the blocks are long and have ups and downs. Overall it was a good stay, I recommend it.

Excellent lodging if you intend to visit the center of Xalapa. Victor is an excellent host! Very friendly, attentive and has made its space a very accessible one for those who visit it. The depto has everything you need in addition to a garden with zarzamoras😋. I definitely stay with him again🫶.

Excellent attention and service from Miss Genoveva. She was helpful at all times from my arrival, and was just as helpful in case there were any questions. The place is very central and you can find anything within walking distance. The place made me feel calm and comfortable. It's worth the stay.

The place was comfortable and very convenient. Quiet area with no noise. And we appreciate the help provided when my baby gave it temperature. They made us feel at home. We will be back soon!

One of the best Airbnb stays I've ever had. The apartment is spotlessly clean, has lots of natural light and is very quiet. It has everything you need to cook and feel at home, including a patio and a balcony. Silvia and Ana are excellent hosts and are always available to help and answer questions. The colony has lots of shops and restaurants, and you can walk downtown in half an hour. It is an excellent starting point to explore Xalapa. I would definitely come back.

Everything is very good, the stay is as described. The only bad thing is that the noise was very loud and doors were heard at all times from the houses next door.

A very nice place, I would stay there again a thousand times

For my hosting needs it was perfect, the same and it does not suit other guests for topics such as the far to the center, which is 4th floor without elevator, the noise that some neighbors make sometimes, reduced space in sink, etc, but for me it was excellent. I fulfilled what I promised and needed. If you take a perfect car you leave it outside the building and nothing happens, next door is where to buy and eat, in front of the pool, etc.

It's a good place, if you're traveling by vehicle you won't have any problems. It is very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and equipped, ideal for traveling as a couple or as a family of maximum 4 members
