Monthly Rentals in Coastguard Cottages

This was my 3rd time staying here. it is an amazing, beautiful and remote location. Totally private and silent at night. no light pollution so the stars were incredible! I had excellent 5G coverage on the 3 mobile network. I will be back.

The most amazing house we've stayed in to date. The views from the house are heavenly and the pictures don't do it justice. Being able to walk across the garden to the beach is amazing. Great facilities in the house. The house was always warm. We've stayed in Downings numerous times but the location of this house is perfect. The views are outstanding and being able to walk to the pub, cafes, hotels and shop etc is a major bonus for Donegal. It's also pet friendly which is fantastic and the house has gates on the stairs so the dogs can't wander. The hosts couldn't be more helpful and responsive to any queries. Can't wait to go back again!

Patrick’s place was a lovely spot and just like the photos. With only a few minute drive from the town centre its brilliant location. Would highly recommend

A beautiful house, home from home, it felt like 'Mary' was about to arrive home at any minute though. Have never stayed in an Airbnb that had so many personal items in it before, something new for us. Very dog friendly, bowls, treats, toys all in the house. Garden was big but there is a way out down the back near the caravan and we had to stand there to make sure our escape artists did not get out, not so good for early morning and late night toilet breaks 🫣 House was well equipped, some lovely goodies left to welcome us, lovely comfortable beds and fluffy towels too. Shower not very powerful, but did us ok. The area is lovely. The hotel is very friendly. Nice base to explore the Ards Peninsula. Would love to return. Barney was very responsive to all messages.
