No 2 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door is No 1 that is slightly smaller and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A short drive from the beaches of Gower, and close to the mountains of the Brecon Beacons. Take a walk through forests and find the local village pubs of Pontardawe, as well as a host of other hidden treasures. Number 5 is a quaint cottage style house, with plenty of outside space to enjoy, as well as a cosy feel indoors with the woodburner going. Come and relax in beautiful surroundings. Jacob’s Den is the perfect getaway! Our pods are situated in the countryside on a quiet working farm and livery yard, yet is conveniently only minutes away from the M4. This contemporary, spacious pod sleeps up to 2 people with a king-size bed. With its own en-suite and heating, the pod also has a TV & DVD player, kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. This pod has full use to its very own private hot tub!

Newly refurbished double room, with an en-suite bathroom. Room is up a flight of stairs. Free parking available. Pictures show separate private access. Room has wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table & lamp. Fridge & freezer, microwave & kettle (with cups, plates & crockery).
