Great place for a family reunion. Loved that the fire was set and ready to go. Kim was flexible with our checkin and needs. Fully fitted out kitchen and very homely. Great views

What a fantastic location. Right on the beach with a great view. Watching the local sea lions make their way op the beach was a highlight for us. The location was so quiet and peaceful. The crib was exactly as described and very cosy with he fire going. on the one day we decided to relax and stay in due to the rain.

Great stay - photos dont do it justice. The amenities were great. Good quality kitchen appliances, pots, and pans. Strong shower. Wifi was reliable.

A lovely tidy place with all the amenities. We were 6 people plus an infant so it felt a bit small for us since there’s only one toilet and shower, and we couldn’t all fit around the dining table, but other than that it was great. Toys and games for the kids, a fully equipped kitchen, a big comfy couch and bean bags for us all to enjoy the view out the front, and comfy beds.

This is an older home with the quirky features of one, but most importantly it was CLEAN! The linens clean and fresh, kitchen and the rest of the home as well. Lots of room to spread out, lots of wood to keep us warm, many games, books and magazines. The puzzle coffee table was great and the evening found the family gathered around it. Location was good view o and close to the water. Highly recommend.

Bull Creek is an absolutely lovely spot. Quiet and remote with lovely bush and beach walks. The neighbours were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Walking in the nearby bush being deafened by the bellbirds a definite highlight. Views from the house of the sea was spectacular and the coastal walks and seeing the seals and lots of birds was another highlight. All of us agreed that we would love to stay again.

We had an incredible stay at Jacks Bay. The crib was perfect for our needs and the location was very special indeed. It’s basic but cosy and clean.

We stayed for one night with our dog and felt right at home. We met Craig when we got there and he's super nice and had some helpful ideas and recommendations for the Catlins. The place is clean and has everything you need. Awesome shower!!! Very comfy bed. Just a lot of Mosquitos around but there's a mesh for the bed to sleep well at night. Would definitely stay again :)

We loved staying here. It was perfect after a day of exploring The Catlins. Everything was simple and tasteful, but also extremely comfortable. The bed was fantastic! Great to have the hotel next door with good food too.

I stayed one night with my daughter at Sarah’s place. The view of the sea was beautiful, close to the restaurant/pub, beach and quiet. Very clean interior, comfortable beds, and chocolate treats were an added sweet touch. Definitely would like to return and stay at this accommodation.

Stayed one night in Kaka Point and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Beautiful location with views to ocean. Outside patio was nice. Weather was super winds so couldn’t enjoy sitting outside. Bathroom and bedroom were very nice. Would definitely comeback again. Can’t go wrong with location. Highly recommend booking this apartment.

Fabulous stay in a perfect location!! Epic views looking out over Kaka point and a 1 minute down hill stroll to the local restaurant. Comms & check in super easy + super easy to find , great car parking and a spotless, modern , warm studio. Couch could have been a bit longer fir sprawling out and watching the waves !! Wonderful stay , highly recommend and would defo stay here again! Many thanks.

Very well arranged and decorated apartment in center of Tapanui. Lovely art work around the entire house that fits the vibe of the area well.

Excellent place, worth the money and dealing with Kim who is so kind and pleasant made the stay even better.
