Regina's place is my home away from home when I visit my family. I'm able to do a workcation when I come to be able to prolong my visits. I love the mini splits HVAC so I'm not wasting resources, I'm able to throw a load of laundry on while I go visit my parents, and I feel safe staying there by myself when my husband and daughter can't come due to work and school obligations. It's a cute 3/2 that is very clean and private.

This was the perfect place to stay to do some hiking and explore the area. It was comfortable, clean, safe, and I felt right at home. Communication was easy and clear. I wish I had more time to enjoy the space, as I was on the go whole time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The home was perfect for our needs. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meal prep a breeze. The place was immaculate...very clean and well kept and even had a convenient charging station for my EV. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.

We have stayed here before and love the home and location!!!! It’s truly a beautiful home in a perfect location!! It’s large, peaceful and perfect for families of all ages. It rained one day and was too cold to use the pool this time but it was still a great time visiting with family and enjoying the Rodeo. The kitchen has everything you will need and the coffee bar is well stocked. The game room is designed with everyone in mind. The master bathroom is a dream! If you have multiple families this house is great because it has 2 master bedrooms that are very large, 2 additional good sized bedrooms, and plenty of parking. The only thing we all felt the same about, and it’s not a complaint but more a recommendation, would be to update the patio furniture because the low seating didn’t work so well with such a high table. We made it work though. Perla responds quickly and is always so pleasant!

Mea was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host, providing clear communication and wonderful local recommendations. We felt right at home and truly appreciated all the little touches. Its in a good neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars to have fun! Also its only 1-2 hour away from sequoia national park / yosemite national park! David was very kind and responded very quickly! Place felt like home with nice backyard :) we loved it!

Lovely home with amenities. The house was very clean. There are a lot of house rules but they are simple to follow and are centered on basic respect and care for the home. Quiet neighborhood for walking. The suite that is attached (when occupied) is right near the living room and you can hear the occupants, however the host was very upfront about that. There is no grill in the backyard either which is a bummer given the cute set up in the back yard for relaxing. Overall, highly recommend.

Second year here for the CIF State Track and Field Championships. Just as lively and relaxing as it was last year. Will definitely be back.

Nice 2 bedroom located very near my work site inside gated community so it felt safe.

Steve’s place was outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and I really hope it’s available next time we’re in Fresno. Steve had the place very well stocked, and it felt like home. The extra attention to details to welcome us was very appreciated. The added security of being in a gated complex was also reassuring. Communication was top notch. I give Steve my highest recommendation!!

This is our second time staying here and we love it. The place is spacious, comfy and clean. It’s right across the street from Save Mart Center and just a rocks throw away from some of the best tri-tip in the valley at Dog House Grill. The restaurant downstairs - Don Pepe’s - is also fantastic and convenient. We look forward to returning soon. If you’re staying in Fresno for a few days and need an excellent base of operations I’d suggest you book this place while you can.

The apartment met my expectations very well—clean, comfortable, and spacious, just as shown in the photos. The condominium had restricted access and was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended
