Delightful three bedroomed "farmhouse", just 700m from the village of Waddington with it's delightful three pubs, and just 2 miles from market town of Clitheroe. Perfect base for exploring Forest of Bowland (AONB), and we are close to wedding venues Eaves hall, Bashall Barn. Large open plan kitchen and dining area. Lovely enclosed back garden area.
