Easton shopping center, Polaris mall, OSU Campus, and Downtown Columbus are all within 10-15 minutes away. There is also OSU fairgrounds, the Columbus Zoo, and COSI available nearby for families. Katie's House is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom single family home located in Clintonville, with easy access to 315 and 71. This house can sleep up to 4 people, with a queen bed in one bedroom and a full bed in the other. Parking is located in the private driveway of the house. This home is just right for a weekend getaway, week long business trip, or longer stay. Minimum 2 night stay. A close drive to the Short North, OSU, and downtown. Pets are allowed. No smoking. No parties.

The Clintonville Red House

Cozy and clean Clintonville House in wonderful central location! Walking distance to High Street, shops, restaurants, and bus routes. Easy access to 71 and 315. A quick drive, uber or bus ride from campus, downtown and the airport. Are you a runner or biker? Hit the Olentangy River trail in under 10 minutes. Enjoy access to the entire house, which sleeps 6 adults comfortably + a sofa bed and a futon. We also have a pack and play available if needed.

Fabulous space, living room with wet bar, MW, mini fridge, large screen TV with cable and Netflix. Lovely bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with a shower. Couch has a pullout that sleeps two. Quiet peaceful space. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, ample parking. Short ride to OSU campus and medical centers. Garden lovers: feel free to tour the garden.
