Perched high up on Dial Hill above Victorian Clevedon, the view from every window can only be described as sensational. Hill Road is a 5 minute walk with its restaurants, chic bars and coffee shops via the Zig Zag path. An upside down layout capitalises on coastal scenery to Exmoor, Mendips and the Welsh coast encompassing several counties, with the seafront and Victorian pier lying beneath you. Wells, Glastonbury, Tintern are an easy drive. The Pier to pier cycle path to Weston starts here.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. We offer a large, modern suite/annex with a private entrance and terrace, situated in the quiet residential area of Upper Clevedon. There is a fantastic 180* view of the Mendips and Bristol Channel, with Wales and even Devon visible on a clear day. Enjoy a drink or breakfast from the selection of items we provide, while taking in the panorama from the terrace or take a 10 mins walk downhill to great restaurants and shops on Hill road or few minutes more to the seafront. The accommodation is self-contained with its own stable door entrance, wood burning stove and private terrace overlooking views across the Land Yeo River and Marshalls Field. This stunning position is only a few yards from coastal walks and cycling routes. Clevedon's famous marine lake, which is open all year for wild swimming, is a short stroll away as are the local pub, post office and some lovely coffee shops a little further along the seafront.

Walnut cottage is part of a terrace of three converted potters studio's situated on a country lane not far from junction 20 of the M5, Bristol is a half hour drive and Bath 45 minutes.Weston Super Mare is 15 minutes away with the Mendips and the Strawberry line up the road.The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils,cutlery,wine and water glasses,fridge,kettle and toaster. Their is a table for dining in the kitchen. The separate living room has 2 large leather sofas,TV, DVD,and heating.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally separate and self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to each of the 2 bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher. In the utility room there is a washing and tumble drier.

The Vault
The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.
