Vacation rentals with a patio in Clermont

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

Definitely go for it , don’t think twice. This place is worth more than the price. Superb listing.

William’s place was a great base for exploration of the Lake Apopka area. The apartment was very clean, well air-conditioned (in an Orlando-area early heat wave), the bed was comfortable, and close to the restaurants of Winter Garden. Sunset over the lake was steps away, and all-in-all, a beautiful, restful place. While we didn’t take advantage of golf-cart rental, William offers that too and that would have been a fun way to get around the area. I recommend William’s place to others and will look for his availability again in our next birding adventure to Orlando!

Very pleasant and worth the stay! Our host was very responsive and helpful. The area we stayed was also quiet which was also a good thing. Also the location is so close to so many stores, restaurants and parks. I will be visiting again

I had a really great stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in terms of layout and amenities inside the apartment. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the location was super convenient close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was also friendly and responsive throughout the booking and stay. However, one thing I think future guests should be aware of is that the original listing included photos of a pool and gym, which was one of the reasons I chose this place. After booking, those photos were removed, and the host clarified that those amenities are actually reserved for building residents and not available to guests. It was a bit disappointing since it felt a little misleading. Overall, I still had a lovely experience and would recommend the place just don’t expect access to the pool or gym unless the policy changes.

We stayed at Cami’s place during a trip to Disney, and it worked well for our family of three. The unit is in a quiet, gated complex that felt very safe. Our daughter especially loved the pool! The location was great—about a 20–25 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Cami was responsive and accommodating, especially with our (unplanned) late arrival, which we really appreciated. There were just a couple of things that felt a bit misleading from the listing. It mentioned two queen beds, but they were actually full-sized. Also, the listing stated that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but if there was, it appeared to be behind a locked door and not accessible to us. This was a bit disappointing since in-unit laundry is something we typically look for, but we managed fine without it. We just wanted to note this in case it’s important for other guests too. That said, we overall had a lovely stay and would recommend it for a Disney trip.

Andrew was an AMAZING host. He went out of his way to insure we had the most amazing exp ever. The property is absolutely beautiful . I've never stayed at an airbnb that was even close to being this nice and hate my time there is over and would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay here. After seeing this property I'm wondering about their sister properties that also look amazing. Also, anyone who might be worried about alligators we did not see any on the property anywhere near the houses . also to anyone who might be skeptical about staying at a place so close to the owner or worried because the pool is by the main house. You have nothing to worry about they let you have your privacy but honestly him and his wife are such cool people I wouldn't have even mind if they hung out. My son left his ring there and Andrew msgd asking if it was our and offered to mail it to us free of charge. He's a very sweet soul and hopefully I get a chance to visit again.

My family and I stayed here for just under two weeks. From the very beginning, Lukasz was extremely responsive and helpful with my various questions and nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived, letting ourselves in was very easy and the house was spotless and was just as amazing in person as in the listing (if not more so!) It was well equipped with anything we might need and everything still felt very new. Our son absolutely loved the arcade room and all of the themed bedrooms! The outside space was clean and comfortable and the pool was lovely and warm. It’s worth being aware that there is construction work taking place nearby. However, other than our first day, we were oblivious to it and didn’t find it a problem at all. Lukasz was a brilliant host. He kept us informed of when the pool was being maintained and also quickly arranged for something to be dropped off that we might find useful. I highly recommend this property and host. We can’t wait to return!

Loved our stay. Not too far from all the parks and loved the decor of the rooms! Only thing was the 3 additional bedrooms do not have overhead (ceiling) lights, only lamps so it was a bit dark for our preference but otherwise the game room was so fun! Pool needed cleaning but host was so prompt getting it serviced same day so we could use it during our stay. Backyard was awesome and perfect for us bringing our dogs with us on our family trip. Highly recommend!

My stay at Wesley’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing. The location was peaceful and serene and exactly what I needed to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Being tucked away from city noise made the whole experience incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. The house itself felt like a home away from home. It was cozy, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches. From the inviting backyard and spacious patio to the fantastic hot tub (which quickly became the favorite hangout spot for our group), every part of the property was designed for relaxation and enjoyment. What truly set this stay apart was Wesley. He was a phenomenal host. Wes always attentive and responsive. We did experience a brief power outage, but Wes was on it immediately and had the issue resolved as best as he could, given the circumstances. His dedication and care really made us feel at ease. Place was clean and was a good location for a wedding that I was going to. Also some good eats close by. The only small complaint was only 2 trash bags in the place and used those up pretty fast and had to go get our own. But that’s pretty minor and not enough to outweigh what I think was a very good stay and location. Good backyard too. My friends were also impressed for the bang for your dollar for the place. We all had a good time and enjoyed the stay

From the moment we looked at the property description, to the day we checked out, Estela we there to help, super responsive on our questions! The place is a comfortable 3/2, nice pool area, quiet area, close to Disney, Sunset walk (H2O) and highways. we felt right at home!

Everything was great! It’s a must for every Harry Potter fan, and the cost is pretty reasonable for such a unique place to stay, what was extremely important for us is that the owner is pet friendly and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg to stay with your pets, very pleasant experience

Condo is located in a great location and is exactly as described. Comfortable and everything you need at home is available ale. Kenneth was very accommodating and responsive to any messages. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a fantastic two-night stay! The condo was just what we needed for our family of four—clean, comfortable, and felt like home. The kids loved the pool, and the neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly. It was in a great location, close to parks and anything else we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything from check-in to check-out was super simple and convenient. We’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Maria and Andy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. This is the second AirBNB I've stayed in recently that they've ran and its been a smooth process in working with them. The AirBNB is well maintaned, the location is bueatiful and its proximity to local amenties makes it a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

El alojamiento es tal cual lo descripto y aún mejor. Con facilidad acceso a la autovia directa a universal y Disney. Las instrucciones para ingresar fueron también muy claras haciendo sencillo el proceso de check in. Estaba reluciente cuando ingresamos y contaba con todo lo necesario para poder cocinar y sentirse como en casa. Es amplio e ideal para 5 personas Ellis fue muy responsiva a nuestras preguntas y siempre contestó de inmediato. Sin dudas lo volveríamos a elegir para regresar! Gracias!!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit der Unterkunft als auch mit der Kommunikation mit Ryan. Es war perfekt und wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts DisneyWorld besucht und die kostenlosen Shuttles genutzt. Zu den Shuttles kann man sagen, dass der zweite Shuttle, der morgens kommt, immer 20-30 Minuten Verspätung hatte, was vermutlich daran liegt, dass eine andere Route gefahren wird. Der Shuttle ganz früh morgens und alle Shuttles am Abend zurück zur Unterkunft waren immer pünktlich. Also sollte zur angegebenen Zeit einmal kein Shuttle kommen, einfach etwas Geduld mitbringen, das spart einem dann das Geld für einen Uber/Lift! Wir fanden es großartig, diesen Service nutzen zu können. Auch tolle Supermärkte liegen unmittelbar in der Nähe, die schnell mit einem Auto zu erreichen sind. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder :)
