Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake County

Literally a perfect apartment in every sense. Great price, great views, great location, great condition of the apartment. For anyone traveling to Orlando going to the parks, golfing, or just vacation, this apartment could not be in a better location. There is TONS of stuff to do within walking distance and I think the most we spent on an Uber was $35 since everything is so close. You can see Universal lit up at night and you can catch the Disney fireworks from the MASSIVE balcony. It really did feel like a home away from home, and we felt very comfortable there after a long day relaxing on the porch. As for Toby and the property manager Liz, they were extremely accommodating with our early check in plus very responsive and friendly. I was almost hesitant to write this review because I want the apartment to be available the next time I go to Orlando!

Very accommodating host, in an up and coming part of Orlando. Easy uber or about a mile walk to downtown restaurants and bars.

We were lucky to have found William’s place for our vacation while visiting family. His rental was tastefully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities for our family of 6 (2 adults, 2 kids, 2 pups). The unit is located on the side of a home with its own fenced in yard space, picnic table, grill, and door. The rental is bigger than expected with enough space for two pull out couches in the open kitchen, living and dining area. We hosted some family here and had enough seating. The TV’s were big both in the bedroom and living room. The king size bed was comfortable. As you step out of your rental you face a beautiful park with a lake, amazing playground and tons of areas to walk or picnic. To the right is a community pool which you can pay to use. You are within walking distance from downtown Winter Garden with its restaurants, splash park, shops, farmers market, etc. William also saved our pup when I forgot to close the fence and she got out, without our knowledge.

Gustavo offered the perfect place for a couple days! It is a close enough drive to all local attractions, but is set back enough to offer peace and quiet. Everything was cleaned to perfection and the host even left us some beverages in the fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and I’m dying for the link for the comforter - it was so soft! This place offered the perfect distance from The Crooked Can and Writer’s Block Bookstore. I would definitely return and also recommend to others.

Erick's condo was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We happened to be going to a conference at the Rosen across the street and it was super convenient to walk over there. It was nice to have a Publix and several restaurants so close as well. I texted Erick a few times and he was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again anytime.

I've stayed in lots air bnbs, and this was the cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in. Aside from being clean, it also had all of the necessities needed to ensure you didn't have to go buy extra supplies. We stayed 5 nights, for 5 people. The air conditioning was efficient, the pool was refreshing and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend this for any family and would happily stay again.

thank you Ken. this lovely and spotless home was exactly what we were looking for. close to everything, easy to get to, and in a very well established, pleasant, and quiet neighborhood. the rear enclosed porch overlooks a large preserve, allowing for a sense of privacy that is refreshing and very unusual in the villages. the bald eagles nest nearby. we look forward to returning for another visit. lou

Paul was a fantastic host, quick to respond and very attentive. The home was comfortable, quiet and we loved the beach theming. Strong recommendation!! The home, amenities and host are great for your stay in The Villages.

This is instantly become my favorite Airbnb. Such a wonderful and beautiful experience. It’s an absolutely fantastic location while also enjoying the aspect of privacy. This will definitely be my go to anytime that I have to come into Orlando!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quaint little home. It was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed in great proximity to all of the places we were going. Maria was wonderful to work with, providing clear and concise instructions for check in and out and was also very accommodating. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends. We may be back next Easter! 🤗

Absolutely loved staying here. The house so nice and cozy. I loved the kitchen so much! The area was great. About 20 minutes from universal and there were stores and restaurants close by! I would definitely stay again!

Glenn was nothing but friendly and responsive the entire time we needed something. His home was cute and what we needed for a good nights rest. A cute living area, small kitchen with the basics and a clean bedroom with a comfy bed. Very simple instructions to gain entry and for check out as well. As guests, the best we can do is be amenable and make sure we follow suit.

This house was better than I had hoped. It is spacious with very comfortable furniture, including the master bedroom and bathroom. The carport allowed my 2500 Chev p/u to easily park under it. Screened in porch and pool are a wonderful bonus, although I did not have time to use them due to work hours. Wi-Fi was super fast and the Roku options allowed me to watch my normal preferred apps. Area was very quite at night with no noticeable traffic through the neighborhood. Water pressure in the master bath shower was great. I will stay again, if available on my next trip to the Leesburg area. Fred was quick to reply to messages. A/C worked good and all the rooms had ceiling fans to help circulate the air like I do at home. The house is supplied with just about anything you would need just like being at your own house.

An awesome stay for a week! we recommend this place for anyone wanting to be in a great location near everything on International Drive. Host Maxine is great and helped when we needed it. Thanks Maxine! We will be back.

My friends and I were in Orlando for a Disney race and it was the perfect location. The accommodations were as described and very clean in a quiet community with close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Katerina provided clear instructions for accessing the stay and was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Overall, we had a very positive experience. Ryan was exceptionally responsive and accommodating with our check-in and check-out times, which made arriving and departing stress-free. This alone deserves 5+ stars in our book!! The property itself was clean and matched the description provided in the listing. We found everything we needed for our stay - all the essential amenities were available and in good working order. One disappointment was the shuttle service to the theme parks that was advertised as a highlight of the property. Unfortunately, we could never catch the shuttle at its scheduled times, forcing us to rely on Lyft for transportation to and from the parks. This added an unexpected expense to our trip. We do realize this is in no way any fault of Ryan's. Despite the transportation issue, the comfortable accommodations and Ryan's excellent host communication made for a pleasant stay overall. We would stay again while in Orlando. Angela
