Small house near highway exit, adjoining my property 2 km from Chatel-guyon in a small village of Auvergne, upstairs 2 bedrooms with dressing room. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna 10 euros for 30 min up to 4 people. Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Vichy.

Spacious 7 bedrooms. Situated in the Auvergne close to the volcanoes. There are plenty of activities, lakes, swimming, fishing etc close to. At the property heated swimming pool, snooker room, mezzanine, cinema, with over 100 dvds, (functions with Wifi &USB). Outside summer kitchen, plancha, 2 fridge/ freezer/ sinks/BBQ (also fully equipped interior kitchen). Garden table sits 20 people, patio, play area, childrens toys. Weekends all day Sunday included.

From the window of the main room, below, view of the pretty village of Sauxillanges and on the horizon, the volcano range. In the Sioule Gorges, about 500 meters from the river. Quiet, in its green setting. No neighbors nearby. The cottage is independent of the owners' home. It is an old house tastefully renovated: parquet, exposed stones, exposed framework. Beautiful view. It has a covered terrace, access to the (unheated) swimming pool from June to September. The sauna (wood-fired) is accessible all year round and promises you perfect moments of relaxation.
