Frederique put together a comprehensive up to date book on what to do and where to go in the region. She is also a wealth of information on the region. The secure parking is a definite plus. This is the second time we've booked this place for 2 nights as part of a visit to friends in Clermont-Ferrand. The accommodation is very convenient with access to the ground floor of a quiet building, a parking space at the back of it and easy access to the city center. In itself the accommodation is clean, pleasant and not too hot during this heatwave! I thank the host for his availability and help following an error on my part in the reservation. I recommend!:)

The apartment offered by Raphaël is as described: spacious, bright, impeccably clean, very comfortable and very well-equipped for a stay in the best conditions. Its location is ideal since it is close to shops, also close to the Royat arboretum and less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Clermont Ferrand. I will add that Raphaël and his partner are particularly attentive and very friendly hosts. Raphaël is very responsive to messages, regardless of the time of day. I highly recommend this listing!

The apartment is even more beautiful than in the pictures – spacious, bright, spotless and very well-equipped. Every corner of the place is designed with great taste and attention to detail. The location is excellent – close to everything, just a short walk from the city center and located in a quiet and peaceful area. Cecile is an extraordinary person. She’s warm, genuine, attentive and always available to help with anything. Communication with her was flawless from start to finish – quick, clear, and always with kindness and a smile. She really cares about her guests and she is an absolutely amazing person. I truly recommend this place and I absolutely can’t wait to come back!

We spent 2 nights at the Bohème with my wife. It's been a long time since we've had such a pleasant stay. The accommodation is in a great location, and it is incredibly beautiful. Super well decorated, it's heavenly. The hosts are very accessible and friendly. The added bonus is that they offer small extras for our arrival. I asked for an aperitif kit, a charcuterie and cheese board, a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers for my wife, everything was of very good quality. As a little extra we had a small basket of strawberries that were very very good. Of course, they offer other supplements! In short, I 100% recommend this accommodation for all couples who would like to spend a few nights disconnected, to meet and share unforgettable moments. I'll be back with my wife.

Beautiful, fully customizable, refurbished accommodation. Close to the hyper center a few meters from bars and restaurants. The spa was great, the shower very pleasant and the services really perfect (Netflix, breakfast, towels and bathrobes, shower gel, coffee...) We'll be back and we'll enjoy the other extra services. We had a lovely stay at Florence and Nicolas' place, who are wonderful hosts and were always on hand with help and advice. The apartment is in a very quiet and calm location with a beautiful garden and lots of green. The appartment is very well equipped, clean, and pleasantly cool when the outside temperature is warm. Good for up to four people with plenty of outside space. The surrounding area is beautiful. Definitely recommended.
