The cottage - labeled 4 * - is arranged in an old school. A new primary school is installed on the adjoining grounds, so noise disturbances are limited to the operation of a school. The decor and equipment are particularly neat. The garden is enclosed and the swimming pool, private (5m/11m) is covered and heated. The owners request access to the swimming pool 1h.30 / day. The owners live across the street and are therefore always available.

A troglodyte experience in the city of roses. This 20 m2 troglodyte dwelling, part of a set of cavities dating back several centuries, was fitted out in 2024 to accommodate travelers wishing to enjoy an unusual and exotic experience. As soon as you arrive, you will be immersed in the atmosphere of the troglodytes, thanks to a tunnel that will take you to the quarry where your accommodation is located. Hi everyone, We are pleased to host you in our studio in Doué-la-Fontaine. City of roses, troglodyte dwellings and vines. Doué is also known for its animal Bioparc (5-min drive to the cottage). Our studio is ideal for short stays to discover the region or to accommodate professionals for their work week. Pets are not allowed due to too much damage in the cottage.
