Had a fantastic few days in Cleethorpes visiting from Australia to see family. Gill's place was lovely and couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with my parents, my wife and two children for racing at the local stock car track. It was just what we needed with plenty of parking. A short walk to fantasy island with plenty to see and do. Communication was excellent, when I receive my race dates for next year I will book again.

Friendly, peaceful and spotless. Five minutes or so stroll to the beach.

Would recommend this place to stay! Such a great location in the centre of Hull and can walk to everywhere you need. It also has private parking so great to drive to and then do day trips to the countryside or coast. Clean and comfortable thank you. The host was very friendly and very quick with communication too which was great. I would say it has only the very basic equipment in the kitchen so not ideal if your planning to cook a feast every night. Not everything is provided, so pack all the bits you need, S&P, washing up liquid and cloths etc. :)

Just back from a few days away in their Cleethorpes flat. Cannot fault it, perfect location with fabulous sea views. Great sized flat, spacious( 1 adult 2 little ones in our party). Pristine, modern and great facilities. Any queries I did have the hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful. Beds perfect if you love a soft cosy bed with super soft pillows. Would love to visit again soon. I've thing to note, which wasn't a problem for us but there are stairs to the flat and then stairs to the attic bedrooms so just be mindful if you have mobility issues. loved it, thank you for having us. 😊

A great short getaway at Glen’s place who was a lovely host and took time out to meet us and show us around. Felt very comfortable. A lovely, quiet and safe location with a lake. Plenty of ducks wondering and roaming around. Overall Glen’s lodge was clean and tidy, we were also left with a few goodies along with eggs and milk. Would definitely recommend for couples and a small family of 4!

we took our friends to hull for there first time and Derek's place was absolutely amazing it's in the perfect spot to visit around the marina and around old town we had an amazing weekend and will definitely be back to Derek's place if it's available if I could give more stars we definitely woul thank you Derek for letting your apartment to us we had a super weekend 😀

Incredible stay. Great host: responsive and helpful. Place suited our needs precisely and was just as good (if not better!) than the pictures. Host was very helpful throughout if w had any questions. Will be coming back!

Stayed at Ben’s for all the weekends this December as I had commitments in Lincoln. My stay was pleasant all through and the room was always in good condition as described. Lovely stay overall.

Nice large house, plenty of living and bedroom space. Walking distance to the centre, attractions and beach. Would stay again. Very clean, like home from home.

Booked this for my partners birthday, we had the most amazing stay, everything was exactly like the pictures, Lucy was very welcoming and was very friendly! We had the most beautiful stay and we will definitely be booking again!! There is an amazing restaurant just down the road called the gatsby, we had food and drinks here food was delicious and service was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a special day, had a lovely homely feel!

Lovely house, perfect for what we needed. 20 minute walk to the fronts. Close to little shops for bits and bobs needed. Comfy and clean.

The Cottage was beautiful and Tealby really is a very pretty village. We didn't get a chance to try the tearooms because they were closed during our short stay but we did go to The Kings Head which is lovely and serves delicious food. There's plenty of lovely walks right from the front door which is exactly what we wanted! Would definitely return

The apartment was perfect. The Juliet balcony was a perfect view out onto the marina. Although it’s close to the road, you hear the birds much more than the traffic. The inside of the apartment was impeccable. The information pack, is so well thought out. The beds and linen were like being in a top hotel. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Hull. Adrian’s place is stunning clean and bright with beautiful furnishings..really feels like home from home ..amazing sea view from the bay window where you can sit and eat breakfast and watch the world go by …fully equipped kitchen with everything you need ..the flat is huge with a long corridor ..lots of space and storage in the cosy bedrooms ..the bathroom is lovely with a great hot shower ..we especially loved the quality thick towels that smelt fresh ..the little outside space is a sun trap .so nice to sit out there with a cuppa ..we slept well as it was extremely quiet and peaceful at night ..Adrian was on hand if ever we needed anything..we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend to friends and family ..we will definitely be back for another stay ..location is perfect less than ten mins to walk into the hustle and bustle..also round the corner there’s a shop 5 mins away and a bus stop bang outside the flat ..this place has it all

Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.

Samuel is a really nice guy, really interesting to talk to, flexible with times (I came in at 4am!). Great guy, would 100% recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed time on the beautiful clean beach, ice creams from down stairs, so peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do for the little one and the dog! The cafe, restaurant downstairs is ideal great bonus with lots of choice, we are already planning our next trip can’t wait to return ! Thank you very much 😊

Very good place to stay to visit historic Lincoln. We were there on a Saturday night and it was very quiet. Lovely location right by the river, particularly good for walking the dog. Parking right outside the door to the flats.

Greatly location great holiday home only problem was other car's parked over entrance so couldn't get too parking area provided excellent place to stay 😀
