Adrian’s place is stunning clean and bright with beautiful furnishings..really feels like home from home ..amazing sea view from the bay window where you can sit and eat breakfast and watch the world go by …fully equipped kitchen with everything you need ..the flat is huge with a long corridor ..lots of space and storage in the cosy bedrooms ..the bathroom is lovely with a great hot shower ..we especially loved the quality thick towels that smelt fresh ..the little outside space is a sun trap .so nice to sit out there with a cuppa ..we slept well as it was extremely quiet and peaceful at night ..Adrian was on hand if ever we needed anything..we really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend to friends and family ..we will definitely be back for another stay ..location is perfect less than ten mins to walk into the hustle and bustle..also round the corner there’s a shop 5 mins away and a bus stop bang outside the flat ..this place has it all

Me and my partner visited Cleethorpes for the first time - the apartment was beautiful and extremely spacious. The amenities it came with made it feel as if you could stay there for months without any worries - cutlery, dishware, iron board, fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. There were smart TV’s in all the bedrooms which made it really useful for rainy days/ late nights. In terms of cleanliness, I’d give it a 10/10. The apartment itself was a 5 minute walk from the beach and the local shops were only a 2 minute walk away which meant that I never needed to use my car while I was there. There’s also street parking right outside the apartment. In regard to the area, it is well lit and safe, people of Cleethorpes are very friendly and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Me and my partner never really go back to the places we’ve already visited however, if by chance we were ever in Cleethorpes, this is the apartment we’d definitely book again.

This place is what’s said to be and more. Host was lovely, and place was perfect. Made our lives nice and easy for 5 weeks. Would recommend anytime

Close to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and takeaways, parking space and even though its close to the main road, the flat has been excellently soundproofed, would have no hesitation in rebooking if i was in the area again

This little flat sits above some shops on a the main road to Fantasy Island. You can’t fault the location for convenience - Tesco just around the corner and Fantasy Island a 10/15 minute walk away. The pictures sent over were really helpful because it would not be obvious to find otherwise! The flat is clean, well equiped and comfortable, with coffee and hot chocolate appreciated by us all. The noise from the nearby pub might be an issue if you’re trying to get small children to sleep with the window open, but it wasn’t a problem for us. A nice little place.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb for two nights, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The interior of the home was stunning—tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location was equally impressive, with breathtaking views that added an extra layer of peace and relaxation to the stay. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery was truly a highlight.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed time on the beautiful clean beach, ice creams from down stairs, so peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do for the little one and the dog! The cafe, restaurant downstairs is ideal great bonus with lots of choice, we are already planning our next trip can’t wait to return ! Thank you very much 😊

Greatly location great holiday home only problem was other car's parked over entrance so couldn't get too parking area provided excellent place to stay 😀

The apartment was perfect. The Juliet balcony was a perfect view out onto the marina. Although it’s close to the road, you hear the birds much more than the traffic. The inside of the apartment was impeccable. The information pack, is so well thought out. The beds and linen were like being in a top hotel. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Hull. Great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. Centrally located and a couple of minutes from historic pubs and landmarks. Adam was great - communicated early and with lots of details. The place was clean and well equipped - perfect for an extended stay, with secure gated parking. Only very minor negatives were that there was roadworks immediately outside on the A63, which was a bit unsightly, and the road noise was constant but not bothersome. Also, the flat is upstairs so wouldn’t be easy for those with mobility issues. Overall, a great stay. Thanks Adam!

Great host with great flat, nice place for staying. Quiet place

Myself and my colleagues stayed for a week, it was the perfect location for walking to town! With parking on site, and a really easy check in! The inside of the flat is extremely pleasant and comfortable! The pictures don’t do it justice! Everything we needed for our weeks stay! Thanks

Perfect place to stay right in the middle of the city. Great communication and easy to get access. The house was beautiful and well appointed.

Booked this for my mum who was happy with her stay. She struggled slightly with finding things at first but overall had a nice relaxing time.
