Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Clearwater Township

house was super clean, beds were very comfy and there were lots of pillows and blankets. plenty of things in the kitchen we could use! overall it was a comfortable stay.

We couldn’t have asked for a better fall weekend up north. The colors were fabulous and the lake was gorgeous. Ben and Alessia’s cottage is wonderful and has a prime location on the lake. They had all amenities that we could ask for in the cottage. All the beds were very comfortable and the living room is cozy. The fire pit outside was great to have a bonfire too. Everything was so nice and clean and there was easy access to whatever we needed. We had no complaints about anything and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation up north!

The hosts were very responsive and communicative. The AC kind of went out and the hosts promptly got someone out to fix it. The setting was beautiful! We enjoyed a couple days on the boat (Northaire rentals), then did day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinac Island and then a down day with the kayaks and SUP. My husband enjoyed fishing off the Dockside Pier. We enjoyed ice cream at Moomers, local cider at Royal Farms and our best meal at Toonie’s for Friday fish fry. Us southerners should have been better prepared for colder water and later seasons. The longer days also threw us for a loop but still a great first trip to Michigan!

We loved the setting & the neat feel of this cabin in the woods. * Deck was a wonderful spot to relax. * Kitchen stocked nicely, although we didn’t cook this time. * Beds were comfortable. * Clean. * Paper products stocked well. * Love the flag!! There were a few things missing due to it being so brand new, which we will message the host privately about. Thanks so much!

The cottage was so cute and has its original charm! Directly on the water and a nice fire pit to utilize! Just a quick stroll down the path and you’re at the beach. The cottage is well equipped with things you need on the daily. We just bought some groceries and were good to go! The location is perfect! It’s very close to Leland Fish Town, downtown Lake Leelanau, Suttons Bay, and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Dandan was a wonderful host! Friendly and responsive. Clear instructions. It was truly a lovely getaway and Dandan is an excellent host!

Everything as pictured and described. We fit comfortably with plenty of room. Great location, close to everything. Host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Awesome gameroom for kids. Mother in law suite smelled a little musty, and also no closets or dressers in there for ur clothes. It would be nice if there was at least 1 dresser. But worked for what we needed.

Great location, easy to find, and clean. We enjoyed staying here over memorial day weekend. Troy was super communicative and reached out to make sure our stay was logistically easy and also comfortable. The house is large with beautiful windows and comfortable to stay in!

I was incredibly happy with our stay here and felt right at home. This might sound silly, but I love that they leave all of their cleaning supplies there so I could clean and vacuum throughout the week. I also loved how there was a closet with hangers, empty dressers, and a clothes hamper. I didn't have to feel like I was living out of my suitcase. I loved the design of the house, especially the kitchen. It's what really set this home apart from others for me. We brought our own paddle boards but the water was still pretty cold, so we opted to use the kayaks Brandi provided instead. We so appreciated that and it was such a short drive to the water! I would definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

This is such a beautiful place. Really is a slice of heaven. You have to experience it to see the real magic. Beautiful private beach, sunrises, beach bonfire, private deck spaces and the living areas are the cleanest rooms I have experienced. The hosts are so responsive to anything you need. Listen to their recommendations of places to visit or dine and you will have the best experience.

Dave was extremely responsive when I needed and even left a bottle of Mawby in the fridge. It was a great way to start a work conference in TC. I highly recommend any of his locations!

I had such a wonderful time staying here with my soon-to-be fiancé and his family while visiting my parents in Michigan. We spent one night in Traverse City, enjoying downtown shopping and restaurants! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. The place itself was very clean, and communication with Jeff was timely and much appreciated. A great experience overall!

We had a great time at Mary’s Airbnb. The place was clean, comfortable, and the location is beautiful. The Airbnb is a 15 minute drive to many different shopping, hiking, and biking options. I stayed for my birthday and Mary gifted us a lovely bottle of wine. The Airbnb also included lots of thoughtful details like local coffee beans, apple cake loaf, and locally made soap. We will definitely stay again the next time we’re up in the TC area.

This is a great spot for taking in Traverse City and the Grand Traverse West Bay. Its located directly across the street from the beaches at the Bay and getting to downtown Traverse City was just a short walk. All in all, this location provided a fabulous time for us. Modern, clean with a homey touch, you can't go wrong with this one. The only distraction, was the occasional bouncing around noise from the unit above this one.

Everything was great, everything was clean, well organized and accurate according to descriptions. The hosts were good to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable and made sure we know they were available for any questions. They also checked in the morning after check- in to make sure everything was going well. Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to the area!

Quick visit but memorable stay!

Loved staying with Rooftop Rentals! The price was competitive and the location was perfect. Beautiful accommodations and very clean. I have already recommended this place to others. I plan to use Rooftop Rentals again.

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!
