This unit is basically a hotel room with a small kitchenette. It was retro and definitely felt like we were back in the 50s. Fun decor. The bed was very comfortable and we had what we needed. Great location and away from the crowds. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

The moment we parked we knew that the place is exactly what we're wanting for our stay in Dunedin. It's charming, peaceful and quiet. We slept soundly and felt comfortable from Mon to Friday. Aside from the basic necessities provided, there are available beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella that made our trip to Honeymoon Island easier. Thank you for hosting us Carole! We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about the condo and the area! Was clean and directly looked over the ocean!

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

Second time I stayed at this property. Apartment is on second floor and has a layout that is comfortable and spacious for one or two people. Feichan is a great host and always helpful and kind. I have a chemical sensitivity to the laundry detergents used in a lot of AirBBs and the host made sure I had clean scent free towels waiting for me. I would stay here again or at another of her properties.

David was a great host with a fantastic place that is well located to take advantage of Clearwater Beach. The home is well equipped and everything is quality. We really enjoyed it.

Had a great time here, it had everything we needed for our family of 4! Comfortable beds, very clean when we arrived, and the host was very friendly and responded quickly. Had all of the amenities we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for our entire stay. We loved it here and enjoyed this place very much! Would recommend it to everyone who might need a place to stay! :)

Visited with my husband and our two kids. We had such a great time on our stay! Beautiful lake view, super clean and exactly as described. Excellent communication. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Would absolutely recommend this place for a small family. Very conveniently located near Honeymoon Island! Quiet neighborhood and peaceful setting on the lake.

My stay at Stephanie's property was very pleasant. I never had to call her. Everything at her property is excellent. The house is spectacular, the pool was GREAT!!!, and the fire pit was the best. I have no hesitation in recommending her property. Thank you, Stephanie!

The place was wonderful. it was very comfy. Big kitchen with lots of pans to cook in. big fridge and huge TV in all the rooms. AC is on point and works great. The yard, the water, the atmosfere is pretty awesome. Loved it

Great place, enjoyed the privacy of the location. Lots of convenient places very close by. The BNB was very clean and decorated so nicely, me and my fiancé had a great weekend there celebrating her birthday. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I really enjoyed my stay, I booked it as a short birthday getaway and it was perfect for what I need it for. Only 10 minutes from Ybor and plenty of late night food and gas stations, my partner likes to fish and there was a lake to enjoy as well, I will definitely be booking again in the near future!

This Airbnb checked every single box and more. It was well put together with everything we needed from pots and pans to board games for the kids. The pool was amazing and the fishing in the lake out back was fire! Absolutely beautiful scenery in the back as well. Chris and Esther were very helpful during our stay. Pointers on fishing and always readily available. Chris even stopped by after confirming if that was ok with us so he could show us spots on the map to try fishing in the ocean. All and all this was an incredible experience for our first Airbnb stay. If I could rate higher than a 5 star I would. The only reason why I would want to rate anything lower is to hide this gem from everyone else.

Beautiful stay and perfect for families! Could not recommend enough - close to the beach, groceries, shopping, etc. We liked Indian rocks beach better than clearwater because it was way less crowded and more peaceful. The space included beach accessories, chairs, toys for the kids, umbrellas, towels and the pool /outdoor patio space was great. We would absolutely come back here!

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect — very walkable to downtown, especially with the convenient path that cuts through the side of the brewery and gets you there even faster. There’s a great little market just across from the brewery, which made grabbing a few groceries super easy. The house is on a quiet street, was clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and having two full bathrooms was a big plus. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided (there’s 3 total) — it was a great way to explore the nearby parks and trails. Highly recommend this vacation home to anyone visiting the wonderful town of Dunedin!

Overall our stay was great! Jeff was very responsive, and left us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants. The house was very clean and the pictures accurately reflected how to house looked. The only downsides were the large bugs that somehow got in the home. There were 3 occasions this happend but they seemed harmless. The net around the pool had a tear in it allowing spiders and lizards inside of the pool area but they stayed around the outside of the pool so we could avoid them.

This Airbnb was a perfect location for a beach trip! Super close to several great locations, food, and fun. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

We had a lovely stay at the Gecko House, Unit 1. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. We loved the neighborhood. It was great to have the park right across the street for walking the dog. The walk downtown was just perfect. Robert made everything easy! Thanks so much.

We loved this place. So close to downtown, that you can easily walk it and feel completely safe, or you can take the golf cart for a quick ride. This place is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a quick stay, from coffee, creamer, bath toiletries, soaps, paper products, beach towels/bags/chairs /coolers. This is so nice to have for people that are light packers and travel with just a bookbag. We spent a lot of time in the sun room, watching birds outside. We went to Honeymoon Island, which is only like 15 minutes away, twice in our 3 day stay here and it's worth the $8 park fee! Sunsets were so beautiful. Dunedin is such a cute town and would stay here again next time we have the opportunity to come back to the area!

My family had a lovely week long stay here. The house is ADORABLE! Very well designed and comfortable. This is an ideal spot for families with kids. The salt water pool was so nice! We swam and played everyday and all of us felt like our skin and hair were so soft from the salt water. There are 2 small quiet beaches near by with cute parks. Again, fantastic for families with young kids. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
