I absolutely loved my stay and I will absolutely stay again! I’ve already told friends about this place! It’s a lovely hidden gem! Like a little oasis away from the everyday stresses of life! And I am in love with the outdoor shower! I want one now!

Ashley has a great spot!! Very fun and comfortable, perfect location for an easy drive to the beach or downtown. We’d stay again!

We had such a lovely stay at Coco Palms. Hosts were amazing and super responsive. Everything we needed was inside the rental. We didn’t have to bring anything except food and beverages. The pool was amazing! The beach was super close to the place and the unit was very clean and cozy! Will def be back!!

we used the pool everyday. plenty of towels and pool toys provided. we were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair and a pack&play. located in a quiet family neighborhood. closeby attractions and restsurants. Checkout Honeymoon Island state park. we loved the beach. not crowded at all. Definitely reccommend this airbnb for a great vacation.

I had an excellent stay at William’s Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, which made it so easy to get to Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Pete for work. The space itself was clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It was a peaceful retreat that allowed me to get a ton of work done while still feeling relaxed and recharged. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, and everything I needed, from coffee shops to grocery stores, which was just a short drive away. William was also a thoughtful and responsive host, which made the entire experience seamless. I’m super grateful for the opportunity to stay here and will absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Florida. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a calm, convenient, and cozy home base!

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

This Airbnb was amazing! The house was clean and well organized. Ruta thought of everything from kitchen utensils and cookware to recreational games and equipment. There were plenty of chilled waters available to us in the refrigerator as well as extras in the garage refrigerator. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable and complimented by multiple choices of pillows and blankets. The pool area is very nice with clean refreshing water and an intimate setting. There is plenty of living space to spread out as well as a game room with a pro-sized pool table. There is a variety of card games and even a poker set. Additionally a pack and play is provided by the host. I would definitely book this home again and will refer it to friends and family. Ruta really thought of everything.! 🤗🎊🥳🙌🏽

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

What a charming house! It was perfect for mine and my husband's weekend getaway. It is only a couple blocks from downtown and we chose to walk pretty much the whole weekend. Tons of restaurants, breweries and shops nearby. I'm already thinking of coming back to stay here again with friends. Thank you tons to our hosts!

Our little family of 3 had the most amazing time staying at Randy’s place. We have stayed in area each year for 16 years. We decided we are definitely coming back. It was perfect! Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The tiny house is well designed. It felt open, bright and airy and just the right amount of space for a couple. The outdoor shower was one of our favorite features. The extra space outside on the patio and in the yard was a wonderful area to relax. It was beautifully surrounded by palms and bushes which made it feel private and secluded. Although we were within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants and things to do, it was quiet and peaceful. We tried many of the local restaurants, enjoyed the farmer’s market, rented a surrey and caught a canrival show at the Safety Harbor Art and Music Center. All in all, it was a delightful place to unwind and a perfect home base to enjoy and explore the area. Philippe was also very friendly and easy to communicate with, offering great suggestions. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the Gecko House, Unit 1. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. We loved the neighborhood. It was great to have the park right across the street for walking the dog. The walk downtown was just perfect. Robert made everything easy! Thanks so much.

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Ashley was so responsive and kind. I had several questions before and during our stay but she never got frustrated. She was always so quick to respond. The home was as described. We had a wonderful staycation. My kids and their friends had so much to do. The home was clean and filled with all of the necessities. I would highly recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

Such a peaceful place, 20min from Raymond James stadium. Easy driving, safe neighborhood, 20 min from Tampa or St. Petersburg. The host is amazing, best AirBnB Experience i’ve had. They are so accommodating. My husband fished , used the kayak, saw dolphins and other marine life. I just relax in the shade on the dock and enjoyed the tranquility. The rental is just like the photos. We didn’t bring our dog but it is pet friendly. No stairs except one step to dock if you have walking issues.
