This beautiful house is located in Clearwater FL and 10 mins away from the famous Clearwater Beach. Is very spacious, quiet and exeptional for your family to enjoy a perfect vacation. Around the area there is several restaurants, parks and activities to do with your family. Come a get relax and pamper in our beautiful pool and deck. Beds: 1 king , 2 queen, 1 full, 1 bunk and 1 sofa bed. We have a strict, NO PARTIES OR EVENT POLICY. Pets allow less than 50 pounds, $70 fee per pet.

Upper Old Oaks Bungalow 15 min to Clearwater Beach

NOTE: We lost two big trees in the backyard so the paving walkway is a little out of sorts & the train track in the back is visible. Please check post-hurricane photos of the backyard. We priced it accordingly. If any of these concern you, we encourage you to book elsewhere. Apartment is newly remodeled. New kitchen & bathroom w/ standing shower (no tub). New photos soon! You're renting half of a duplex. You will be staying upstairs.
