The stay at this house was simply amazing! The views were incredible, and the house exceeded all expectations – it looks even better than in the photos. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, with attention to the smallest details. We are very grateful for such a wonderful experience and would gladly return again!

A wonderful stay for our small family reunion over the New Year's! Location is spot on and the backdrop is stunning -- we took some amazing end-of-the-year-celebration photos on a back patio. Well-equipped kitchen and a lovely movie room. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub, which had the perfect temperature, and the changing colors added to the ambiance and fun! The children immediately fell in love with the cozy bunk beds and slept so well after a day of sledding. Overall, a very comfortable stay! The place is amazing and you can’t beat the location! The heart of downtown Roslyn is right around the corner. The house is beautiful and was immaculately clean when we arrived. It had everything you’d need to feel at home. Chelsea was extremely helpful providing local activities and recommendations. We all enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the place!

This was a great place to stay, and having multiple living areas to utilize was fantastic with kids in tow. They loved the movie room. Instructions both online and inside the house were very clear and helpful. Lindsay provided a quick and helpful response when I messaged with a question. Loved the close up photo of the coffee set-up in the kitchen; I usually have to zoom in on kitchen photos to figure out what type of coffee maker there is so I know what to bring with us! I would very happily stay here again in the future.

Rebecca is very kind and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. My two kids loved the kids room and the sleds that were provided for the snow.

Steven was a wonderful host! The place was very clean and organized and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was another great amenity! Steven was so quick to respond and help us out with anything we needed!

Kristopher was great and so easy to work with! The house was great for our family of four and in such a great location - walkable to everything in suncadia that we wanted to go to! Highly recommend this place.

Our weekend at the S’mores Code getaway was absolutely magical! The home was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. The retractable pool and warm hot tub were a huge hit, and we loved exploring the area on our bikes as a family. The peaceful surroundings and clear, helpful instructions made everything stress-free, and we truly felt right at home. It was the perfect mix of comfort, adventure, and quality time—definitely a place we’d love to return to!

This home was really nice, had a great open layout for hanging out and relaxing. It has a nice outdoor space to enjoy. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking meals. The game room in the garage and games upstairs were nice to have available to use. Overall this was a great location for a nice relaxing getaway or enjoying the nature and outdoor activities in the surrounding area.

We had an amazing stay! The property is so beautiful and peaceful. The house is very well stocked and has everything you could need for your stay. The house was very clean as well. Nice touches around the house such as supplies for s'mores, cozy blankets and sleds to play in snow. They even had a Nintendo which was so much fun! Nicole was also great about answering questions. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and are so glad to have had the opportunity to enjoy this property!

Officially our “ Snowcation Home”. Emma was speedy in response to all my questions previous to arrival. We requested early arrival to get a little more snow play in with our young-ins and dog. The home was even better than pictured. We didn’t want to leave for many reasons and number one its location to sledding hill ( half a football field, if that) from the front drive. There was enough snow to sled in the yard too. Absolutely magical! Features we appreciated were all the cubbies around the home and rooms, electric fireplaces, super awesome home decor, and the kids room details. Awesome neighborhood and well kept main road to house (winter time)

We had a wonderful stay at this clean and cozy cabin! It was the perfect winter retreat—comfortable, well-stocked, and dog-friendly. The bed was super comfy, and we loved watching the snow fall from the warmth of the cabin. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

This place definitely lives up to there 5 star rating. It's has been one of the best places we have ever stayed in. It's beautiful, seren, has amazing views, clean, cozy, peaceful, affordable and private. We stayed several days and also spent Christmas here. It was unforgettable, didn't even want to leave. Would love to go back ASAP!

We stayed at Anastasia’s property to celebrate the New Year, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable celebration. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare our festive meals, and the living room was ideal for gathering and counting down to midnight. This stay exceeded our expectations and made our New Year truly special. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to relax and celebrate!

This home was well suited for our needs... 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the games, puzzles, books, and toys for all ages. There is only one tv though but that was okay for us. We were there for our grandson's baseball tournament and the location was perfect... we would book this place again in the future.

Girlfriends getaway! We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing three days in Denae's space. The home is PERFECT for families and groups! There are two "wings" to the home and a fun game room, plus the outdoor areas provide even more space to spread out. The home is decorated very nicely with comfortable furnishings to lounge and enjoy meals, and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen(s) are well appointed with everything you could need (appliances, spices, serving dishes). We had a relaxing time enjoying the hottub, firepit and views! One evening we had 20 deer run through the property and another evening we experienced a wonderful lightening show over the mountains. We also had a local massage therapist come to the house for the day and provide amazing massages for each of us (she had the perfect space for setup in one of the wings of the home!). Dear Reader, This little slice of utopia is slightly out of the mainstream of mountain busyness but you’ll want it that way. From the peacefulness of the upstairs suite to the coziness of playing games, watching deer, or (if you’re really lucky) watching the snow fall. We visited in March and we were fortunate to get snow. Everything is perfectly appointed for your outdoor or indoor needs. Josh was very helpful in his communication and made us feel welcomed. Best decision was staying here where we made great memories. I hope you have the opportunity to do so as well.
