This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. ENTIRE HOUSE: Safe neighborhood in South Bend, 2.7 miles north of Notre Dame. Near the University Park Mall, Wallmart, grocery stores and restaurants. The living and dinning are open concept. There is an outdoor patio area. RV parking. Newer hard floors- no carpet. Stainless steel fridge, micro and oven. Mattresses protective covers. The king mattress is the firmest, the queen is memory foam and twin beds as well. No cleaning fee! Very convenient getting to and out of Notre Dame game day!

We used Eilynn’s place for graduation weekend at Notre Dame when our first airbnb host unexpectedly canceled on us. Eilynn was extremely responsive- i had asked if there was an iron and ironing board available and she immediately arranged for a brand new one which was waiting for us. She made sure there was plenty of water bottles available for us and her place is as advertised- very clean and quiet.

Definitely earning/maintaining Superhost credentials. Vonita went above and beyond to drop off a hair dryer after learning that the expected one was missing. The apartment was easily accessible and clean. Everything fit the description and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Plenty of clean linens. Garage parking was great. There were lots of special touches like bottles of water in the fridge and bags of tea and coffee available. Bedroom is outfitted nicely with a white noise machine. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We walked around after a long drive. Very grateful to have found this warm and welcoming home away fro home during our Notre Dame visit. Many thanks!!

The Zen House was a great retreat for our baseball tournament weekend - plenty of space, great amenities, and a much better experience than a hotel. The house felt intentionally designed for relaxation. The bedroom setup worked great, and we took advantage of the nearby park for some pregame hitting practice. We appreciated how the space could be closed off for privacy at night, and filled with sunlight during the day. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back for a football weekend!

A short walk to the Notre Dame Campus

We loved this house! We were in town for a Notre Dame camp that our son attended. The house was decked in ND gear and decor, which the kids loved! It was so close to campus. We actually walked from the house to campus one evening just to tour it. Check-in was super easy. No issues at all. Checkout was easy too! It was nice not having a long list of to do’s on the day of checkout. Jennifer gave a great recommendation to a beach nearby in Michigan when I asked her for tips. We ended up going to one of the beaches she recommended and everyone had such a great time. We will definitely book again!
