A+ - Highly Recommend!! Abbi’s place was just what we needed! Super cute, very peaceful, & cozy. Easy to get anywhere in town. Hike right up the street to many trails. Unit had a bath & a separate shower! We got to meet Abbi & her little doggy Otti a few times outside and we enjoyed our little visits! We would absolutely stay here again :) Thanks Abbi!

Lovely place to stay! Close to uptown Sedona and lots of restaurants. The guide that the hosts gave us was helpful to find restaurants and activities nearby when we didn’t feel like doing a ton of research ourselves. The hosts were super responsive and the Air BnB was very quiet and clean. Can’t ask for anything more!

We had a wonderful stay! BUT let me tell you about the very very low couch… It does not have legs. If you are under 30, you’ll think this couch is “Hipster Minimalist.” If you are over 60 such as ourselves be prepared! You will need to roll off the couch onto all fours. Then with the assistance of a chair, coffee table or another person you will be able to stand up. Overall, we love the unit and would stay again at this property, but would choose a different unit with a more “Senior” appropriate couch.

We had an absolutely amazing stay, so relaxing and peaceful. Our hosts pay so much attention to detail from the pillow menu to the fully applianced kitchen. Everything was spotless and the home has a great atmosphere. The highlight for sure was the outdoor fireplace watching the sunset. Thank you to our amazing hosts for a warm welcome, my husband and I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend.

Great stay, right in the heart of Sedona. Was the perfect place for a couples long weekend. The garden area was so peaceful and beautiful. Great location, you can walk everywhere from here. Host was responsive and communicated well.

We’ve booked Gio’s place for our last 2 annual Sedona trips and will continue to book with Gio every year that we are able. It’s absolutely perfect. The view is so beautiful and the place is so well decorated. Perfect size bathroom for a couple, wonderful comfy bed & well equipped kitchen. We cooked dinner at the airbnb for 2 of our 3 night stay because we had no desire to be anywhere else. So grateful for this place & already cannot wait to be back! We had a fantastic stay at Old Town Overlook Pool House! The home was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and stocked with everything we needed. The living room was cozy with a large TV, the bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with double sinks and a large shower. The washer and dryer were a great convenience. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the deck taking in the beautiful mountain views, and the pool was the perfect size and temperature. The location is ideal—close to downtown and a quick drive to Sedona.

Thank you for sharing your place with us. Beds were comfortable and decorations were nice. We felt at home and would come back again if ever in the area.

This is a beautiful home which has been tastefully decorated. There is outdoor space front and back. We felt at home right away. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

This property was amazing. There were so many activities to do downstairs plus a great hot tub. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The location was great for all Cottonwood activities and was not too far from Sedona activities. Eric was awesome and had excellent communication prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend this property. It did not disappoint once.

Nicole's home was absolutely beautiful, it was even bigger and cooler than we expected. It felt like we had the best view in the neighborhood looking right up towards bell rock. Our whole group loved it and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Nicole and Steve were also very responsive and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed!

We had a great stay here! Our kids loved the amenities and the games. And condo was in excellent shape and very clean with everything we needed. Great location too with easy walkable access to grocery store and close to many hiking spots. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay in Sedona! This condo was the perfect home base for our Sedona trip! It was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from shops, restaurants, and hiking trails, but still quiet enough to relax and unwind. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Super cute condo, loved the Arizona decor. Location was outskirts of tourist Sedona, so just a tiny bit away from the busyness. I was worried the pool would be crowded, but surprisingly wasn’t at all. No complaints.

We absolutely loved our stay at Jakob’s condo! It was cozy, clean, and close by to all of the Sedona hikes and attractions we wanted to see. The pool was a huge bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

We loved staying in this condo in Oak creek, just a 20 min drive from Sedona proper but less than a mile from bell rock and a few miles from cathedral rock. It’s perfect for those wanting to hike and to have a quiet refuge at the end of the day, complete with pool. The WiFi was decent as I took several zoom meetings from the condo for work. The only drawback was the upstairs neighbors, as we could frequently hear them stomping to and from and shifting chair/furniture. The noise was bearable though and wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Nicole thought of everything - from pickleball racquets and balls to games and even laundry detergent and hampers. Those small things went a long way toward making this feel more like a home than a rental.

We enjoyed our stay in Sedona. We enjoyed this rental as it had amenities such as a pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. We spent most of our time out and about hiking around Sedona. A highlight for us was two double beds in the second bedroom so everyone had a good sized bed to sleep in. It’s walking distance to lots of restaurants, coffee shops, wine bar & a grocery store. Great stay!

The place was located in the hotel where I visited Sedona the first time but this time I was able to do so much. Visited the locations I planned for and had so much fun. In addition, to having a specific parking and all the other stuff. Thank you.
