Cannot say enough about this amazing place! 5 star all the way. Views you can’t believe! Wonderful hosts always available for anything you need. Bed was amazing! Loved the hiking right off the property and the relaxing soak in the hot tub, steam room, sauna and pool before and after. You really don’t need to go anywhere else. We ordered food and picked it up right down the street so we could sit on our deck and stare at the beauty of the place while we had dinner. Wonderful wine available in your room. I will definitely be back!!! Ps….incredible massage steps away from our room as well. Pay the money ! GO! You will be happy you did!! Barbara and Brian

We had a great time ,very beautiful home ,garden and heated pool . Lots of room for big families to vacation together .we really enjoyed the back porch. Very close to Sedona and Jerome.Lots of hiking trails near by .I will recommend this home to my family and friends.

Just spent my 50th birthday at this house with 3 girl friends. The house was perfect for a girls weekend. Close to hikes and restaurants. Spent many hours at the pool in backyard and every night in hot tub. House was beautiful and host was very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed it!

We stayed in Sedona for a mini-trip during a longer Arizona vacation. The listing was as described and had lots of games and entertainments for the kids, in addition to tvs in all the rooms. We had some trouble figuring out the spa but our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Great experience all around!

Our stay here was great! The house was clean and just as described. The back yard area was beautiful.. We enjoyed nights under the stars in the jacuzzi. Would stay again!

Gwenn's place is truly a hidden gem. It's a magical little place to get away from it all. Yet, just minutes away from everything amazing about Sedona. The adorable goats and chickens were the perfect neighbors. Gwenn was a wonderful host with great insight about the area and dedication to a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

Tiffany was a fabulous host. her communication skills were excellent and easy to follow, and the home itself has explanations for everything necessary. the space itself is a beautiful little home in a cozy neighborhood with a 4 minute walk to old town cottonwood. This was an excellent trip and this rental, along with Tiffany's phenomenal hosting skill, was A+ all around.

We had a fantastic stay at Old Town Overlook Pool House! The home was spotless, thoughtfully laid out, and stocked with everything we needed. The living room was cozy with a large TV, the bedroom was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with double sinks and a large shower. The washer and dryer were a great convenience. We loved spending our mornings and evenings on the deck taking in the beautiful mountain views, and the pool was the perfect size and temperature. The location is ideal—close to downtown and a quick drive to Sedona.

The stay was a dream! It felt just like home and Pamela allowed us to check in an hour early! She was super responsive, would definitely recommend staying here!

I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb's and Jamie's was by far the best. I was deciding between this home and a couple of the higher end hotels in town, and I am so happy with my choice. The pictures look amazing and don't even do the property justice. Jamie's home is even more beautiful in person. Anything you could want or need Jamie has thought of and has available. The appliances and finishes are all top of the line. While feeling very private and secluded, Jamies house is just minutes from Uptown and other great local shops. I've said all this and haven't even mentioned the views. If you have ever been to Sedona, you know that pictures just don't capture the grandeur and beauty of the surroundings, the same is true of the views from Jamie's house, pictures and words don't even begin to capture it. Lastly, Jamie's special touches for my anniversary made the trip even more special. She really is an amazing host with an amazing home.

This was an amazing place to stay near Jerome. Close, easy to find local restaurants and get groceries. I couldn’t think of any better experience.

This property was amazing. There were so many activities to do downstairs plus a great hot tub. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The location was great for all Cottonwood activities and was not too far from Sedona activities. Eric was awesome and had excellent communication prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend this property. It did not disappoint once.

Great condo in the heart of Cottonwood and easily walkable to lots of great places. Our host was communicative and the condo was exactly as described and very well kept. Would definitely stay again!

Great large 1 bedroom house ! My dog and I really enjoyed the yard as well . Very close to clarksdale and the Verde river for kayaking and dog swim holes . No complaints at all , will 100% stay here again on our next visit !

This stay was perfect for a nice getaway. The home was in a nice location about 20/25 minutes away from Sedona and the local town had some great restaurants and charm so you don’t have to travel too far in the evening. My favorite part about the stay was the beds I wish I could take that home with me they were SUPER comfortable.

This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The house in Cottonwood is stunning—beautifully remodeled, incredibly spacious, and spotless. It felt like every detail was thoughtfully considered, with all the amenities you could ask for. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were huge, and the whole place had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. We especially loved the panoramic sunrise views—absolutely breathtaking to wake up to. It’s just a short drive to Sedona, making it a perfect home base for exploring the area. We were so impressed and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Great spot! Well taken care of, clean. I would absolutely stay here again. The old downtown area is very close but you still feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Everything was perfect! I would absolutely recommend 11/10
