We enjoyed our stay in Broken Arrow! The house looked exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the neighborhood as well.

Great place . Nice neighborhood. Close distance to Walmart and local stores . The place was quiet for resting but close enough to the city to be able to do stuff. Host was very communicative and responsive. Place was clean and a great price .

The house was spacious and I love the layout of the house! It was very peaceful and quiet. The GPS directions took me on a lot of twist and turns to get to the house but once I learned the neighborhood, I found a better way to get through the neighborhood to make it to the house. I hate the weather was good enough for us to get in the pool, but we enjoyed the patio and grill.

We gathered with another family for a graduation celebration and found this peaceful home to be worth every penny. The only suggestion we had was concerning the multi- leveled living room-dining areas, which seemed to be a hazard that would be better navigated if marked. The pool was clean, bathrooms were luxurious, and living room area was spacious and inviting for entertaining guests. The exterior patio had plenty of seating, a large backyard for the kids to run, and was well- lit for night time chats with the family. The peaceful neighborhood invitated long walks with gorgeous aged trees. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay!

There was 6 of us on this trip, the house was a perfect size. Upstairs is the bedroom with a King bed and bathroom, walk out onto a patio that was nice. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom was downstairs with a queen bed. 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a chair that opens to a twin bed. All bedrooms had large closets. The kitchen has a nice selection of pots, pans and dishes. The pantry had oils and spices which was nice. Our trip was in April so not the season for the pool. The backyard is private with lots of big trees. The area was nice and we felt safe and secure. Easy to get around Tulsa from here.

Home away from Home! Very comfortable with space for everyone. Private quiet neighborhood, Great communication. I'm going to book this home again when I'm back in this area.

This was a special trip for our family, as we were taking our 82&81 year old parents to their 65th/66th high school reunion in Nowata. Jaime’s place was perfect. There was plenty of space to spread out, every room was spotless, and it was an easy drive to Nowata. The rural setting was peaceful. My mom grew up on a farm in Nowata County, so it brought back some childhood memories. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was amazing, so a hot relaxing shower was fabulous! I would stay there again when our travels take us back to Nowata for family events. I highly recommend Jaime’s place. Thanks for giving us a home away from home!!

Lovely, clean, thoughtfully decorated and well-equipped home with a very comfortable bed. Perfect for attending events at the nearby Claremore Expo Center. Restaurant with home-style cooking a short walk away. Americana buffs will enjoy the books and cowboy memorabilia focused on Will Rogers; the stay included two tickets to the Will Rogers museum and memorial next door. First-rate all around.

Would definitely stay here again!! Walk to Gibby C’s, Dots Cafe or Pizza across the street, walk to great antique shops. Claremore has many things to do and see and you are also just a short drive from Tulsa. Such a unique place to stay, very clean, quiet and comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed. Easy checkin with clear instructions. If you appreciate antiques, Felicia has a beautiful display everywhere you look!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was accommodating and very responsive to messages. The house was clean, beautiful, and it had all the things we needed including a pack n play for our infant son. When there was a slight issue with the plumbing, the host was quick to respond to messages and resolve the issue. We couldn't be happier.

The house was as beautiful as the photos. It was just perfect for all of us to be together in a safe location. The king size adjustable bed was so amazing my husband is convinced that we need one for home!! The back yard was perfect for our dogs to run around and stretch their legs! Will consider staying here again if we are ever in the area!!

The views were stunning! The beds were comfortable. Something that was amazing was the clawfoot tub that overlooked the hills and lake in the master suite! Something that meant a lot to me is the fact that it was in the woods, (I hate bugs) and they absolutely spray as the host assured me. A saw a few little bugs, but they were all dead, even the flies! The recliner couch quit working while we were there but the massive TV in the living room made up for it!!! The tv in the master is also massive. The deck is also very nice and kept a great Oklahoma breeze the whole time we were there! The master bedroom is a double door that doesn’t completely seal but it’s on the end of the house by itself so def not a problem. The laundry room is great with an extra toilet! The closet in the master bedroom is so big you could put a pack in play or toddler bed in it, just fyi! You might want to double check with the host to make sure the fire pit has plenty of propane! Great weekend!

Such a lovely setting and a great place for a weekend getaway! Convenient to shopping and dining in Claremore and less than an hour to major attractions in Tulsa. Very cute with lots of little extras and amenities. Duane was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. The instant and copious hot water and great water pressure in the shower was heavenly after a long drive. I really enjoyed my stay!

We had a family event in the area, and this was definitely the best place to stay of the options. The set up was very thoughtfully stocked with coffee, creamer, often forgotten, bathroom supplies, etc. in the host was able to accommodate our request for an earlier check-in and I love that it was pet friendly! Thank you!

We chose Gena’s place for a landing spot while visiting family in Oklahoma and it was perfect. We cooked, played catch, visited on the porch, and relaxed. My mother in law is in a wheel chair and it was a breeze to get her around while she visited for a few hours. Upland Manor was clean, comfortable, spacious, and peaceful. Thank you, Gena!

quiet neighborhood, nice park across the street, So So comfy and super clean which we appreciate. very nice host!! nice backyard , covered car Port with entrance on side as well as front! Nothing to complain about here!!! Will definitely book again!

Greg’s communications was friendly, helpful and prompt. It was a lovely place inside and out. The home smelled great and a cool escape from the heat. Very nicely decorated. Totally adequate for what we needed. Equipped with cooking and dinning needs. Even grilled the one night. Well kept yards and patio area. Close enough to locations we were visiting. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to Bartlesville for a funeral. Would have loved to have been able to stay a few more days. The house was remarkable. Really don’t know how to describe it. You just have to experience it for yourself.

We needed a place to stay for the night to break up our road trip with 3 toddlers, and Heidi’s place was perfect! Convenient location, and so clean and cozy. Had everything we could need, including a pack n’ play for our youngest. Would definitely book the cottage again!
