Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

The apartment is on the sea view side just 200 m from the first small grocery store. Ideal for 4 persons. But we can welcome 6. 110 m² Villa Annabell is located directly on the sea. The distance to the sea is about 30 m. A Jacuzzi pool is included in the offer. Villa Annabell is detached. Pets are of course welcome. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed each. The village of Cizici is located directly on the sea (the warmest bay in Croatia). In the village there is everything you need for everyday life such as a restaurant, market, ice cream parlor, kiosk, bar, cafes, etc.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
