Spacious and comfortable house in a private family subdivision, work desk in each room. It has WiFi, Netflix and cable TV in the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Large garden and barbecue. Covered parking for 1 car and 2 more in front of the house. Double water tank and water pump system. An elliptical exercise machine. Pets are not allowed and no smoking inside the house. Oxxo and Tota 200 meters away and pharmacies 1 block away. Supermarket 1 km away by car. Nearby restaurants.

This beautiful condominium has all the services (wifi, climate, TV and hot water) also with 2 bedrooms, living room, work area, kitchen and bathroom. It is ideal for any occasion (family, students or work visit) It's really comfortable, affordable, and ideal if you're looking for comfort and low cost. UPV, UAT, IMSS and maquiladoras 5 minutes from the condominium. The house does not have a garage, but the parking area is extremely spacious since the house is on a corner.
