This small apartment turned out to be a gem. The space is cozy, clean and well used, ideal for a quiet getaway or a short stay. The beds are comfortable, the location is very accessible and the host was kind and helpful at all times. It has everything you need to feel at home. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and would stay again.

I am a writer who was deeply moved staying at Teresa’s. It’s a modest place, but everything there shows her 30 years of working in Houston as a housekeeper and waitress. Extra bottled water. Liquid detergent for the kitchen. Pristine white towels. A cooling air-conditioning unit that wasn’t noisy. She even washed and folded my clothes (I paid her, of course). It was five-star. It was a neighborhood in a real Mexico, down to her friendly dogs. I feel sorry for my friends staying in fancy haciendas, when I have the real thing.

Excellent for the cost, only the street is in poor condition, and it depends on what you need, the accommodation is very good for the cost.

The location was perfect with many restaurants, we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. The place was clean and tidy also very quiet and relaxing. Overall the place exceeded our expectations. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, responsive and considerate. We definitely recommend our hosts and their property for an enjoyable stay in Ciudad Victoria.
