The most important thing is the noise from the neighbors. I don't allow parties or drinking. Perfect cleaning included. Lots of light, quiet neighborhood, subway in front, you'll love it. Especially for couples or people who are taking exams, there is no noise. It fits 3 people. Wi-Fi. Super-equipped. For parking, there is a green and blue paid area, I rent parking for a low price, as long as I don't need it. Note, I'm booking the whole weekend. There are supermarkets nearby, bars, park, etc.
