Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ciudad Universitaria, Moncloa - Aravaca

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

It was great. A secluded place full of privacy in the middle of nature. A nice swimming pool, spacious rooms and everything looked super neat. Very nice place to stay. Emmanuelle is very responsive and friendly. We will definitely come back!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Cristina is such a lovely person & host. Always responsive & helpful if I needed anything. Also have great recommendations on local restaurants. I would definitely return & recommend 🥰thank you Cristina que Dios te bendiga fue un placer conocerte.

Laura is a great host; she receives you personally, has answers to all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is conveniently located for a large part of the city center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully there. The decor is super luxurious and clean. Folding out the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

Carlos was an excellent host and very generous and warm. Upon our arrival, he greeted us with an incredible selection of food and drinks (lactose-free milk, whole milk, soy milk, tea, coffee, jam, butter, toast, fruit, croissants, wine, beer, etc.). Carlos was very helpful and attentive. He gave us many recommendations for Madrid in advance and was also available and caring at all times during our stay. In addition, he had provided a metro card that we could top up and use, which simplified our round trip in Madrid. The apartment was immaculate. Everything was very clean and meticulously maintained. Carlos had left small gifts (chocolates, candles, hand cream and face masks) in each room for us. The rooms were spacious and very well equipped (air conditioning in each room). We were a group of 7 and had plenty of room. We thank Carlos for everything! Stay as you are ❤

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

What a wonderful apartment in the most perfect location. It was clean, quiet and Monica was very responsive. I would recommend this place and I hope to book it again for future trips to Madrid. 10 out of 10!!

A truely unique gem in Madrid -- perfect for a week for our family (two adults and two young children). The street was very quiet, despite being close to it all (~10 minute walk to the Royal Palace). Just a few doors down you will find a few cute coffee shops, a great fruit and vegetable stand, and a butcher & cheese shop. And there are some great tapas bars just two blocks away (try Bodegas el Mano or Casa Tabacos). Inigo was very responsive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end.

I loved the appartment. Two bathrooms were great as I needed to get up earlier. The living room and the kitchen are very well equipped and the balcony is great to relax in the morning in the sun. When I am coming again to Madrid I will for sure try to get this gorgeous appartment.

Stayed for 5 nights with my husband and daughter and everyone thought this was the best AirBNB we’ve ever experienced. The place was well stocked with all kinds of supplies and snacks - Carlos and Maria thought of everything. I had a problem with my eye while there and they both helped me to find a local doctor. The location is excellent. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!

My stay was extremely relaxing and very comfortable. Alicia was there for all of my needs. If I’m passing through Madrid again, I’m definitely staying in the loft again.

Nice clean space that is centrally located to a lot of things to do in Madrid! Alejandro was responsive and available for questions which was really nice. We enjoyed having the extra outside space as well.

We spent 9 days here. There were 6 of us (two adults, four kids) and it fit us perfectly. The location was very good - walkable to Eva Duarte Park (2 min) and El Retiro (20 min) and close to several grocery stores. The place is great for kids as the bedroom has pull-out beds. Master bedroom works well and has a dedicated bathroom. Air conditioning works great. We would turn it off during the day and on during the afternoon. It cools down quickly. The induction stove is amazing and Carlos had a good amount of plates, silverware, etc. I would recommend his place particularly for adults with kids.

Just what we needed, in my case I went for a week with two babies (two years and 9 months) and it was quite comfortable for them, in addition to leaving us toys with which they entertained themselves a lot. It is a garage that was adapted from a floor/annex but has everything you need, and for this hot season there was air conditioning. The only downside I could see is that there is no ventilation or window, (only one in the main room that is more of a ventilation that leads to a basement). In general, everything is good ✔️ and it has everything you need to have a good stay.

From the beginning, the host was clear with the instructions, I was able to get there very well and enter the accommodation perfectly. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very nice and equipped with everything you need. The area is very good too: lots of cafes, restaurants, several metro stations, the center is very close... The only thing I could say is that there was no shampoo or capsules for the coffee maker, but everything else is great.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Everything is fantastic. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, good views, very bright and very well located. Parking is available in the same building. They made it easy for us to check in and check out. The hosts have been attentive and have responded to everything immediately. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations!!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city. Our stay was the best, everything was very clean and close to the subway and Renfe. In addition, you have supermarkets, restaurants, etc. nearby Everything is as shown in the photos, Jacinto was attentive and answered our questions and also advised us on places we could visit, we were definitely very happy
